Today, I found out that my mother changed all the locks of the house and threw away all of my girlfriend’s stuff. I don’t know what the fuck happened there. I actually bought the house two years ago because I had enough of her being nosey and controlling with both of us. FML

Today, I found out that my mother changed all the locks of the house and threw away all of my girlfriend’s stuff. I don’t know what the fuck happened there. I actually bought the house two years ago because I had enough of her being nosey and controlling with both of us. FML
で「今日、うちの母が家の鍵を全部取り換えて彼女の持ち物をすべて放り出したことが分かった。一体どういうことなんだ。２年前に僕は実は家を買った。僕ら二人と一緒に暮らす母の詮索好きと支配的な態度にうんざりして。F*ck my life!」という意味になります。

I found out that ～ で「私は～だと分かった」の言い回しです。
It turns out that ～ も同じ意味でよく登場しますね。

my mother changed all the locks of the house で「僕の母が～を変えた、すべての家の錠を」です。
all the locks of the house で「すべての家の錠」です。
lock は「錠前」です。key「鍵」と対で覚えましょう。
例：locksmith「鍵屋、錠前師、鍵師」、insert a key in a lock「鍵穴に鍵を差し込む」

and threw away all of my girlfriend’s stuff. で「そして、投げ捨てた、僕の彼女の持ち物を」です。
throw away ～ で「～を投げ捨てる」です。
stuff は集合的に「もの」という意味になります。
furniture や money などと同じで不可算名詞で a stuff や stuffs とはなりません。

I don’t know what the fuck happened there. で「僕はわからない、そこで何がったのか」です。
what the fuck happened there. の the fuck は what を強調する表現なので、なくても意味が通ります。
他にも what the heck や what the hell, what on earth などがよく聞かれます。

I actually bought the house two years ago で「僕は実は家を買った、二年前に」です。
actually は「実は、本当のところは、実際に」という意味で、意外性を表します。

because ～「なぜなら～だから」
I had enough of her being nosey で「僕は母が首を突っ込んでくるのにうんざりしていたから」です。
have enough of ～ で「～にうんざりする」です。
他にも be fed up with ～ などとも言えます。
of ～ の後に being nosey と動名詞が来て、その意味上の主語 her が挿入された形です。
her は「母親」を指して、her being nosey「母が首を突っ込んでくること、母の詮索好き」です。
nosey は nose「鼻」から派生した形容詞で「鼻を突っ込む、くんくん嗅ぎまわる」というイメージです。
例：nose around「くんくん嗅ぎまわる、探し回る」

and controlling with both of us. で「そして支配すること、僕ら二人と一緒で」です。
controlling はさっきの being と繋がって be controlling「支配的な態度をとる」です。
control with ～ の部分は、control / with ～ と意味的にはいったん区切ります。
with both of us「僕ら二人と一緒に（住んでいて）」という意味合いになるかと思います。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
