で「11月にイギリスでも承認されたモルヌピラビルは、世界初のコロナ感染症の内服治療薬として注目を集めている。しかしイギリスの規制当局は妊婦への使用は推奨せず、また児童への使用は承認されていない。」という意味になります。

Molnupiravir は「モルヌピラビル」と日本のニュース記事などでは表記されています。
コロナ治療のための新しい飲み薬です。

also greenlit in Britain in November, は挿入的に主語 Molnupiravir を説明しています。
greenlit は greenlight の過去分詞形です。
green-light または greenlight は「～に青信号を出す、ゴーサインを出す」という意味の動詞です。
例：The project has been green-lit.「そのプロジェクトは始動した。」
名詞で get a green light という使われ方もよく目にします。

has drawn attention で「注目を集めている」です。
draw attention で「注目を集める、関心を引く」です。
同じ意味で他にも、attract attention, garner attention, raise attantion などのパターンがあります。

as the world’s first approved COVID-19 treatment で「成果初のコロナ感染症の承認治療薬」です。
the world’s first ～ で「世界初の～」ですね。
treatment は「治療法、治療薬」という意味の名詞です。
その治療法（薬）は、
(that) can be taken orally. で「口から投薬できる（治療薬）」です。
薬を服用するときは take ～「（薬を）飲む」でしたね。
orally は「口を使って」という意味の副詞です。
形容詞形は oral [オ]ーラォ「口の、経口の、口頭の」です。

But ～「しかし～」
British regulators have not recommended its use for pregnant women, で「イギリスの規制当局は妊婦へのその薬の使用は推奨していない」です。
regulators で「規制当局者たち、規制機関」です。
薬の規制当局つまり、日本の「厚労省」のような機関を指しています。
its use は「その（薬の）使用」です。
名詞の use は濁らずにユースと発音します。
pregnant women で「妊娠した女性たち、妊婦」です。

and it is not approved for children. で「そしてその薬は承認されていない、子供達には」です。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
