Buddha’s teaching are very simple, you don’t have to break your head to understand the message. The part that I like the most from Buddha’s teachings and from His Holiness, The Dalai Lama, is that the most powerful weapon is to not attack, to be able to have self-control.
で「仏陀の教えは非常にシンプルだ。そのメッセージを理解するのに頭を悩ませる必要はない。仏陀の教えとダライ・ラマ聖下からの教えの中で、私が一番好きなのは、最も強力な武器は、攻撃をしないこと、そして、自制できる力を持っているということだ。」という意味になります。

Buddha’s teaching are very simple で「仏陀の教えは非常にシンプルだ」です。
you don’t have to ～ で「～する必要はない」です。
break your head to understand the message. で「頭を悩ます（必要はない）、そのメッセージを理解するために」です。
break one’s head over ～ で「～のことで頭を悩ます、思い悩む」という意味です。

The part (that) I like the most で「私が一番好きな部分」です。
最後の the most は最上級の用法で「最も、一番」という意味の副詞的な意味になります。

from Buddha’s teachings and from His Holiness, The Dalai Lama, で「仏陀の教えからと、ダライ・ラマ聖下からの」です。
His Holiness, The Dalai Lama で「ダライ・ラマ聖下」という意味になります。
His Holiness は敬称で「聖下」です。
His は「仏陀」のことではないので注意しましょう。
よくイギリス女王を、Her Majesty「女王陛下」と言ったりするあれと同じですね。

一番好きなパートは、
is that ～「は、～ということだ」です。
is の後に、that節「～ということ」という名詞句が続きます。

the most powerful weapon is to not attack, to be able to have self-control. で「最も強力な武器は、攻撃しないこと、そして、自制心を持つことができることだ」です。
to not attack で「攻撃しないこと」となります。
to be able to ～ で「～できること」です。
have self-control で「自制心を持つ、自己を律する」

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
