You can get glory days, bad days but the most important thing is to just keep your head down and keep working because at the end of it all if you work hard everything is going to be fine.

You can get glory days, bad days but the most important thing is to just keep your head down and keep working because at the end of it all if you work hard everything is going to be fine.
で「いい時もあれば悪い時もある。だけど、一番大切なことはただ調子にのらず、やるべきことをやり続けることだ。がんばってさえいれば最後の最後には、すべてうまくいくのだから。」という意味になります。

You can get glory days, bad days で「ひとはうまくいく時期もあれば、うまくいかない時期もある」という意味です。
ここでの can は「～ができる」ではなく「～する可能性がある、～することもあり得る」という意味です。
glory days で「栄光の日々、絶頂期」です。

but ～「しかし～」
the most important thing is ～ で「最も大事なことは～だ」です。
to just keep your head down で「ただ頭を下げていること」です。
keep one’s head down はイディオムで「おとなしくしている、目立たないようにしている、軽はずみな言動を慎む」という意味です。
keep ～ … で「～を…の状態にしておく」という意味の言い回しです。
and keep working で「そして働き続ける」です。
keep ～ing で「～しつづける」という意味になります。
work には「仕事」以外にも「勉強、研究、作業」という意味もあります。

because ～「なぜなら～だから」

at the end of it all で「最後の最後には」です。
at the end of it で「最後には、最終的には」です。
all は強調の意味の副詞で「完全に、すっかり、まったく」という意味です。

if you work hard で「一生懸命にやっていれば」
everything is going to be fine. で「すべてがうまくいくだろう」です。
fine は「大丈夫な、問題ない」という意味の形容詞です。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。

いい日もあれば悪い日もある

一番大事なことは

to just keep your head down
ただ調子に乗らず
