Of the three keepers, で「その三人の飼育員の中で」です。
of ～ は「～のうち、～の中で」という意味になります。
keeper はここでは「動物園の飼育員」という意味です。
keep には「～を飼育する、～を飼う」という意味があります。
例：zoo keepers「動物園飼育員」、keep pets「ペットを飼う」、keep bees「蜂を飼育する、養蜂をする」
all in their 20s, はカンマで区切って挿入的に「全員が20代の」です。

その3人のうち、
a second woman「2番目の女性」です。
was bitten in ～ で「～の部分をかまれた」です。
bite「かむ」の過去分詞形で bitten ビトゥンです。
in ～ はケガなどの体の部分を指し「～の部分を」という意味になります。
例：be shot in the head「頭部を撃たれる」、get a kick in the butt「尻を蹴られる」
in several parts of her body で「体の数か所を（かまれた）」です。
by the 10-year old male Bengal tiger, で「10歳の雄のベンガルトラによって」です。
which is around 2 meters in length and weighs 150 kilograms, は、そのベンガルトラを説明する関係代名詞節で、
「（そのトラは）約2メートルで重さは150kgある」です。
be __ meters in length で「体長__メートルの」です。
人間の場合は、be __ meters tall となります。
weighs 150 kilograms, で「150kgの重さがある」です。
weigh は動詞で「～の重さがある」という意味になります。

the police said. で「～と警察が言った、警察の発表によると～だとのことだ」です。

The third victim, a male keeper, was ～ で「３番目の被害者（男性の飼育員）は～だった」です。
was injured in the back of his head. で「頭の後ろにけがを負った」です。
be injured in ～ で「～にけがを負わされた、負傷した」です。
