Today, and lately, my dad has an annoying habit of knowing where I’ve been, even though I never go anywhere worth mentioning. On a hunch, I checked my phone and it turns out he’s been tracking my location. I’ve literally done nothing to deserve this lack of trust, and now I think I hate him. FML
で「今日、そして最近、父が私の居場所を常に把握しようとするうっとうしい状態になっている。私は特に知らせる必要がある場所にはぜんぜん行かないのに。ちょっと気になって、自分のスマホを確認してみると、父が私の居場所をトラッキングしていたことが分かった。こんな不信感を受けるようなことはやったことないのに。今や父が嫌いだと思うようになってしまった。。F*ck my life!」という意味になります。

my dad has an annoying habit of ～ で「父が～なウザい癖を持っている」です。
annoying は「イライラさせるような」という意味の形容詞です。
動詞形は annoy ア[ノ]イで「～をいらつかせる」です。
have a habit で「癖がある、習慣を持つ」という意味の言い回しです。
develop a habit などとも言えます。
habit of ～ の of は同格の意味で「～という」という意味合いです。
どんな癖かというと、
(of) knowing where I’ve been, で「私がどこにいたかを知る（という）」です。
where I’ve been は疑問詞 where が導く名詞句で「私がどこにいたか、私が今まででいた場所」という意味になっています。
つまり私の居場所を常に知っておきたいという癖・習慣、ということですね。

even though ～「たとえ～でも、～でさえ」
I never go anywhere worth mentioning. で「私は全然～にいかない、話をする価値があるような場所にはどこにも」です。
worth mentioning は anywhere を後ろから修飾して「言及する価値がある」という意味になっています。
例：write something worth reading「読む価値があるものを書く」

On a hunch,「ちょっとした直感で」です。

I checked my phone and で「私は自分の携帯をチェックした、すると～」
it turns out (that) he’s been tracking my location. で「彼が私の所在地をトラッキングしていることが判明した」です。
it turns out that ～ で「～だと判明した」という意味です。
過去形の意味合いでも基本的に現在形が使われます。

I’ve literally done nothing で「私はマジで何もしていない」です。
literally は「文字通り」という意味の副詞ですが、口語では強調で「マジで、本当に」という意味でも使われます。
(nothing) to deserve this lack of trust で「こんな不信を招くような（ことは何も）」 です。
deserve ～ で「～を受けるにふさわしい」という意味の動詞です。
悪い意味でも良い意味でも使えます。
今回は悪い意味で「～は自業自得だ、～の報いを受ける必要がある」という意味ですね。

and now I think (that) I hate him. で「そして今や、私は父が嫌いだと思っている」です。
