Today, my bike is freshly back from a costly repair, so naturally this means that the slight rasping of the chain that used to bug me has now turned into a situation where one third of the gears can only be used with the aid of a screw driver, which I now carry with me on every ride. FML
で「今日、自転車が高くつく修理から戻って来たばかりだ。つまり当然これは、気になっていたチェーンのカラカラいう音が、ドライバーを使わないと3分の１のギアが使えないという状況に変わった、といういことを意味する。だから今は自転車に乗るたびにドライバーを持ち歩いている。F*ck my life!」という意味になります。

my bike is freshly back from a costly repair, で「私の自転車が金のかかる修理から戻って来たばかりだ」です。
bike は「オートバイ」という意味もありますが、通常は「自転車」の意味で使われることが多いです。
オートバイと明示的に言いたい場合は、motorbike（motorcycle）と言います。
例：bike rental「自転車レンタル」
be freshly back from ～ で「～から帰って来たばかりだ」です。
freshly は「～したばかり」という意味の副詞です。
例：freshly baked cookies「焼きたてのクッキー」

so naturally 「だから当然に、だから必然的に」
this means (that) ～ で「このことは～だということを意味する（はずだ）」です。
that節で「～だということ」という意味です。
that節内は、
the slight rasping of the chain (that) used to bug me が主語になって「かすかなカリカリするようなチェーンの音、私を悩ませていた（音）」です。
the slight rasping で「わずかにカリカリするような音」です。
rasp は「やすりをかける」から「やすりをかけるような音をだす」という意味で、
名詞 rasping で「（やすりをかけるような）カリカリ・ガリガリする音」という意味になっています。
(that) used to bug me で「（その音は）私を悩ませていた」です。
used to ～ で「かつて～していた」という意味です。
例：used to be popular「かつては人気があった」
bug は名詞では「虫」ですが、ここでは動詞で「～を悩ます、イライラさせる」という意味です。

has now turned into a situation で「（その音が）今は～な状況に変わった」です。
turn into ～ で「～に変わる、～に変化する」です。
どんな状況（a situation）かというと
a situation (where) one third of the gears can only be used with the aid of a screw driver で「ギアの3分の1がドライバーの力を借ないと使えないという状況」です。
つまり緩んでカリカリ言っていたギアが、直ったけど逆にきつくなり過ぎてしまったということです。
one third of the gears で「ギアの3分の1」です。
can only be used with the aid of ～ で「～の助けを借りてでしか使えない」です。
aid は「助け、補助」ですので、with the aid of ～ で「～の助けを借りて」となります。
screw driver は「ねじ回し、ドライバー」です。

which I now carry with me on every ride. で「（だから）私は今自転車に乗るたびに（そのドライバーを）所持している」です。
carry (the screw driver) with me と繋がっています。
on every ride の ride はここでは名詞で「乗ること、乗車」という意味になります。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
