で「ここで捧げられるべきなのはむしろ我々である。目の前に残されているその重要な任務に捧げられるべきなのは。その任務とは、ここで尊い死を遂げた者たちから、我々がその大義へのさらなる献身を受け継ぐことだ。そのために彼らが最後の最後まで死力を尽くしたその大義を。」という意味になります。

It is rather for us to be here dedicated to ～ で「ここで～に捧げられるべきなのはむしろ我々である」という意味です。
前回同様、It is for ～ to do … で「…すべきなのは～だ」という意味になります。
rather は「むしろ、どちらかというと」という意味の副詞です。
be dedicated to ～ で「～に捧げられる」です。
何に捧げられるべきなのかというと、
to the great task remaining before us で「大きな任務、我々の前に残っている」です。
the great task で「大きな任務、重要な任務」という意味です。
remaining before us は後ろから the great task を修飾して「我々の前に残っている（その重要な任務）」という意味です。
before ～ は「～の前に」という意味の前置詞ですが、時間的な意味だけでなく空間的な意味でも使われます。
in front of ～「～の目の前に」と同じ意味ですね。

-（ハイフン）が入り、that節です。
この that節は「～という」という意味で【同格】のthatです。
the great task の内容を表しています。
つまり、「重大な任務（the great task）」＝ that節以下、ということになります。

ではどんな任務なのかというと、
(that) from these honored dead で「これらの栄誉ある死者たちから」です。
that節の後にすぐに fromの前置詞句が来るので意味がとりづらくなっていますが、
語順を分かりやすくすると、
(that) we take increased devotion from these honored dead で「私たちが受け継ぐ（こと）、さらなる献身を、これらの栄誉ある死者たちから」です。
take ～ from … で「～を受け継ぐ、～を引き継ぐ」という意味になります。
increased devotion は「さらなる献身」です。
ここでの increased は「さらなる、ますますの」という意味で使われています。further と同じ意味ですね。
例：increased efforts「さらなる努力」、further progress「さらなる進歩」

increased devotion to ～ で「～へのさらなる献身」ですが、何に対する献身かというと、
devotion to that cause で「その大義への献身」です。
that cause で「その大義、あの理念」です。
前半の方で述べられたアメリカという国が生まれた時の理念「自由」と「平等」を指しています。

for which ～ で「（その大義のために）～」
they gave the last full measure of devotion で「彼らは最後の最後まで死力を尽くした」です。
gave the last full measure of devotion 直訳すると「最後の最後の分量までの献身を与えた」です。
measure は「寸法や重さなどを測ること、計量」という意味から「（量や長さなどの）度合い・程度、（測り分けた）一定量」という意味になります。
full measure なので「目いっぱい（の量）」という意味ですね。
they は these honored dead「栄誉ある死者たち」を指しています。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。

It is rather for us
～すべきはむしろ我々なのだ

to be here dedicated
ここで捧げられるべきなのは

to the great task
その重大な任務に

remaining before us
