TED-Edより「The Infinite Hotel Paradox（無限ホテルのパラドックス）」です。

で「こうすることで、今度はその夜勤マネージャーは無限にたくさんの奇数番号の部屋を全部空室にしてしまいました。そしてのそれらの部屋はその後無限バスからぞろぞろ降りてくる客たちに埋められていくのです。みんな幸せでホテルのビジネスもますます活況を呈しています。でも実のところホテルは今までと全く同じ賑わいでありながら、一夜に無限のドルを稼ぎ出しているのです。」という意味になります。

By doing this, で「こうすることによって、こうすることで」

he has now emptied all of ～ で「彼は今度は～のすべてを空にしてしまいました」です。
he は the night manager のことです。
empty は形容詞では「空の」という意味ですが、ここでは動詞で「～を空にする」という意味でつかわれています。
何を空にしたかというと、
(all of) the infinitely many odd-numbered rooms で「無限に多数の奇数番号の部屋（のすべてを）」です。
odd は「奇数の」です。対義語は even で「偶数の」です。

which are then taken by ～ で「（それらの部屋は）～によって占められる」です。
taken by ～ で「～に占められる、～に埋められる」です。
take には「スペースなどを取る」という意味があります。
例：take lots of space「多くのスペースを取る」
(by) the people filing off the infinite bus. で「その無限バスから一列になって降りてくる人々（によって）」です。
file off ～ で「～から一列になって降りる」という意味の句動詞です。
file [ファ]イォ には自動詞で「一列になって進む」という意味があります。
また名詞で「列、隊列、チェスの縦の列」という意味があります。
例：file into a theater「列をなして劇場に入る」、go single file「一列になって進む」

Everyone’s happy「みんなハッピー、みんな幸せ」
and the hotel’s business is booming more than ever.「またそのホテルのビジネスも活況である、今まで以上に」です。
boom は日本では「流行りの」という意味合いで定着していますが英語では「景気づく、人気を沸かせる」という意味です。
一時的な活況の状態を表します。
more than ever はひとまとまりで副詞として「これまで以上に、ますます」という意味です。

Well, actually, ～ で「まあでも、本当は～」
it is booming exactly the same amount as ever, で「そのホテルは活況である、今までと全く同じ程度に」です。
exactly は「正確に」なので、
exactly the same で「全く同じに、ぴったり同じに」です。

banking an infinite number of dollars a night. で「一晩に無限の数量のドルを銀行に預金しながらも、」です。
bank ～ で「（お金などを）銀行に預ける」から「～を稼ぐ」という意味です。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
