Today, my girlfriend was given an ultimatum by her dad: come back to China and marry the man he picked for her, or stay here at uni with her ‘white devil boyfriend’ (me) and be shunned by her whole family forever. She chose here for her future career, but I think she resents me for it. FML

で「今日、彼女が父親から最後通達を言い渡された。その通達というのは、中国に戻って父親が選んだ男性と結婚するか、または白い悪魔の彼氏（僕）と一緒にこの国の大学に残って永遠に彼女の家族全員から疎外されて過ごすか、というものだ。彼女は自身の将来のキャリアのためにここを選んだ。しかしたぶん彼女はそのことで僕に腹を立てている。F*ck my life!」という意味になります。

my girlfriend was given an ultimatum by her dad で「彼女が父親から最後通達を言い渡された」です。
ultimatum は「最後通牒、最後通告」です。

:（コロン）で「それはすなわち～、その内容というのは～」

come back to China and marry the man he picked for her, で「中国に帰ってこい、そして彼が彼女のために選んだ男性と結婚しろ」です。
pick はここでは「（厳選して）選ぶ」という意味になっています。
例：pick good people to do ～「～するのにふさわしい人を選ぶ」
marry ～ で「～と結婚する」です。marry with ～ とはならないので注意。

or ～「または、もしくは」

stay here at uni with her white devil boyfriend で「ここの大学に残れ、彼女の白い悪魔の彼氏と一緒に」です。
uni は university の略で、話し言葉やネット上でよく使われます。
here とはおそらくアメリカのことでしょう。中国からアメリカに留学に来ている彼女だと推測できます。
her white devil boyfriend (me)「彼女の白い悪魔の彼氏（僕のこと）」とはつまり、悪魔のような白人の彼氏です。
and be shunned by her whole family forever. で「そして～から避けられろ、彼女の家族一同から、永遠に」です。
her whole family で「彼女の全家族」です。

A or B のどちらかを選べという「最後通達（ultimatum）」 です。

She chose here for her future career, で「彼女はここを選んだ、彼女の将来のキャリアのために」です。
chose チョウズは choose チューズ「選ぶ」の過去形。
but ～「しかし、でも」
I think (that) she resents me for it. で「僕は思う、彼女が僕に腹を立てていると、そのことで」です。
resent ～ で「～に腹を立てる、～に憤りを感じる」という意味の動詞です。
名詞形は resentment「憤り、反感、恨み」です。
見ると全くのとばっちりですが、一族から縁を切られてしまった原因として彼女から見られてしまった、ということですかね。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
