で「店もすぐに売り切れるなか、行列ができ、有名人たちでさえもそのケーキのような見た目のパンを買おうと懸命になっている。有名なK-PopボーイズバンドBTSのメンバーでありリーダーのRMも、それをいくつか手に入れるために結局８件もコンビニをはしごしなければならなかったとソーシャルメディアで発言した。」という意味になります。

With stores quickly selling out, で「お店はすぐに在庫が切れる状況の中で」という意味になります。
付帯状況の with で始まる、with ～ …ing のよく目にする形です。
例：With spit flying out his mouth, ～「口から唾を飛び散らせながら（、彼は～）」
接続詞 as で置き換えると以下のようになります。
As stores quickly sell out, ～
sell out は「～を売り切る、～を完売する」という意味もありますが、ここでは自動詞で「在庫を切らす」という意味になります。
他にも sell は、商品が主語になって the bread sells well 「そのパンはよく売れる」という形でも使えます。

そんな状況の中で、
queues have formed「行列が形作られている」です。
queue キューは「行列、（待っている）列」です。
スペル難しいのでしっかり覚えましょう。q u e u e
form もここでは同じく自動詞で「形作られる、生じる、できる」です。

and「そして」
even celebrities have been scrambling to ～ で「セレブたちでさえも我先に～しようとしている」です。
scramble は「急いで～する、緊急発進する」などという意味の動詞です。
例：scramble to escape「我先に逃げ出す」
(to) buy the cake-like bread. で「そのケーキのような見た目のパンを買おうと」です。
the cake-like bread で「そのケーキのような見た目のパン」です。
cake-like「ケーキみたいな」と連結型の形容詞になっています。

RM, the leader and member of famed K-pop boy band BTS, までが主語です。
「RMさん、～のリーダーでメンバーの、有名なK-POPのボーイズバンドBTSの」です。
famed フェイムドゥで「高名な、著名な、名高い」という意味の形容詞です。

took to social media to say (that) ～ で「～と言うためにソーシャルメディアに繰り出した」です。
take to ～ to do … で「…するために～に出てくる」という意味の言い回しです。
例：take to the streets to protest against ～「～に抗議するために通りに出る」
何と言うためにSNSに登場したかというと、
(that) he had to go to eight convenience stores で「彼が８件のコンビニに行かなければならなかった（ことを）」
to finally get hold of some. で「最後にそれをいくつか手に入れるために」です。
finally は「最後には、ついには、結局は」という意味の副詞です。
get hold of ～ で「～を手に入れる、～を手にする」です。
some は、 some (of the bread)「そのパンをいくつか」ということです。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。

店はすぐに在庫切れになる状の中

queues have formed
行列ができて

and even celebrities
セレブたちでさえ

have been scrambling
我先に～しようとしている

to buy the cake-like bread.
