Today, the crazy bitch next door called the cops for me spying on her from my bathroom window. That window was painted shut by the previous owner, and I haven’t unsealed it yet. I had to show this to the cops to prove I have no illegal motive for pissing in my own toilet. FML
で「今日、隣の頭のおかしい女が、うちのトイレの窓から私が彼女をスパイしていると言って警察に通報した。その窓は前の持ち主によってペンキで塗り固められていて、私はまだそれを剥がしていない。警察にこのことを説明して、私が自分のトイレで小便をすることに不法な動機はないことを証明しなければならなかった。 F*ck my life!」という意味になります。

the crazy bitch next door が主語で「頭のおかしい女、隣の」です。

called the cops for ～ で「警察を呼んだ、～のことで」です。
call the cops で「警察に電話する、警察に来るように言う」です。
ここでの前置詞 for ～ は「～のことで」という原因の意味です。
例：blame A for B「BのことでAを責める」

何のことで警察を呼んだかというと、
(for) me spying on her で「私が、彼女をスパイしている（ことで）」です。
for の後の動名詞 spying の意味上の主語 me が入った形です。

from my bathroom window. で「私の家のトイレの窓から」です。
bathroom は家の中の「トイレ（の部屋）」を意味します。

That window was painted shut by the previous owner, で「その窓は、塗り固められた、前のオーナーによって」です。
be painted shut で「ペンキで塗り固められた」という意味の言い回しです。

unseal で「封印を解く」です。un- + seal
seal は「封をする、密封する」です。

I had to show this to the cops で「私はこのことを説明しなければならなかった、警察官たちに」です。
show this で「このことを見せて説明する」です。
this とは「このこと」、トイレの窓がペンキで塗り固められていること、です。

to prove (that) ～「～だと証明するために」
I have no illegal motive for pissing in my own toilet. で「私にはなんら違法な動機がないことを、自分の家のトイレでおしっこをするための」です。
motive [モ]ウティヴで「動機」
motive for ～ で「～するための動機」です。
