“Obviously, Mike wanted to play and we had that conversation. で「間違いなく、マイクはプレイしたがっていた、だから私たちはその会話をした」です。
マイクとは Mike Trout という選手で、大谷選手のエンジェルスのチームメイトだそうです。
I think it’s an opportunity for players,” で「私は思う、それはプレーヤーにとってチャンスだと」

Minasian said.「とミナシアン氏は語った」

“The WBC is great for the game, で「WBCはゲームには非常にもってこいだ」です。
WBC はワールド・ベースボール・クラシック（World Baseball Classic）のことですね。
great for ～ で「～には最高だ、～ためには大変良い」という意味の言い回し。
the game は「競技会、腕前を見せる場」という意味あいです。

showing off the talent で「（プレーヤーたちは）その才能を誇示できて」です。
show off ～ は「～を誇示する、～を見せびらかす」
not only ～ but … の形で「～だけではなく、…も」の形になって、
(not only) in the major league bubble で「メジャーリーグバブルの中（だけではなく）」です。
bubble はここでは「外部と隔絶された空間」という意味です。シャボン玉の泡のイメージですね。
but off to the world. で「（だけではなく）世界に向けても」です。
off to ～ は「（ここ場を離れて）～に」という意味の言い回しです。
例：I’m off to work.「仕事に向かいます。」

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
