で「そのあらがえない科学の判定を否定する人もいるかもしれない。しかし、燃え盛る山火事や破壊的な干ばつ、さらに強力な暴風雨の壊滅的な被害を回避できる者は一人もいないのです。サステナブルなエネルギー源に向けての道は長く時に困難なものとなるでしょう。しかし我国アメリカはこの移行に抗うことはできないのです。我々はそれを先導しなければならないのです。」という意味になります。

Some may still deny ~ で「それでも中には~を否定する人もいるかもしれない」です。
some はここでは some people と同じ意味です。
deny ディナイで「~を否定する」
the overwhelming judgment of science で「その抗えない科学の判断」です。
直前の threat of climate change「気候変動の脅威」のことを言っていて、それに今対応しておかないと未来の世代を裏切ることになる、という科学の判断です。
overwhelming は「圧倒的な」という意味からここでは「あらがえない、否定することができない」という意味です。

but「だが、しかし」
none can avoid ~ で「だれも~を避けることはできない」です。
some none が対応していますね。
何を避けれられないかとうと、
the devastating impact of ~ で「壊滅的な~の影響(被害)」です。
raging fires and crippling drought and more powerful storms で「燃え盛る山火事、破壊的な干ばつ、さらに強力になる暴風雨」です。
raging fires で「燃え盛る火」ですが、fires wildfires「山火事」のことですね。
crippling drought で「破壊的な干ばつ」です。
cripple は「人の手足を不自由にする」という意味から、crippling で「大打撃の、深刻な」という意味になります。
drought ドゥラウトゥ「干ばつ」です。

The path towards sustainable energy sources が主語で「持続可能なエネルギー源へ続く道」です。
sustainable で「持続可能な、サステナブルな」です。
最近話題の SDGs(Sustainable Development Goals)でおなじみですね。
will be long で「(その道は)長いだろう」です。
and sometimes difficult. で「そして時には険しだろう」です。

But「しかし」
America cannot resist this transition, で「アメリカは、抗うことはできない、この(エネルギー源の)移行に」です。
resist で「反抗する、抵抗する」です。
何に反抗するのかというと、
(resist) this transition で「この移行」です。
transition「移行」とは何かというと、つまり化石燃料からクリーンエネルギーへの「移行」ですね。
we must lead it.「我々はその移行をリードしなければならない」です。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。

中には~をそれでも否定する人もいるかもしれない

the overwhelming judgment of science,
この圧倒的な科学の判定を

but
しかし

none can avoid
~を避けられる人は誰一人いない

the devastating impact of
~の壊滅的な影響を

raging fires and
燃え盛る山火事

破壊的な干ばつ

more powerful storms.
さらに強力になる暴風雨の

The path towards sustainable energy sources
持続可能なエネルギー源への道は

いつも大変お世話になります。単語の発音で疑問点がありますので、お尋ねします。
 □devastating デ・ヴァス・[テ]イ・ティング 破壊的な、壊滅的な
 とありますが、devastating の第一アクセントは de です。
 デ・ヴァス・[テ]イ・ティング の [テ]イ は、第二アクセントです。
 従って、ここは、[デ]・ヴァス・テイ・ティング とすべきだと思います。
