で「ひとつの望ましい基礎的な物を売ることの考え方、深い関わりと（その商品の）妥当性、もちろんそれらは常に変わらず重要であるが、今日の広告の大騒音の中においては、自分のことをみんなに気づかせて信じさせなければ、何一つ得られやしないのだ。」という意味になります。

A good basic selling idea, involvement and relevancy, で「望ましい基礎的な物を売ることの考え方、関わりと妥当性」です。
A good basic selling idea をカンマ後の involvement and relevancy で同格で言い換えている形です。
involvement は「（人への）関与、関わり」という意味なので、お客さんと関係を深める、ということでしょうか。
relevancy は「関連性、妥当性」と言った意味です。
形容詞形 relevant は「物事に関連性がある、妥当である、問題点に直結する」という意味です。
例：relevant search results「関連性の高い（妥当な）検索結果」、irrelevant ad「無関係な（見当はずれの）広告」
つまり消費者にとって「今必要かどうか」という指標のことですね。

are as important as ever, で「（それらは）重要だ、いつもと同じくらい」です。
as ever は「常に変わらず、相変わらず」という意味の言い回しになります。

but「しかし」
in the advertising din of today, で「～の中では、広告の騒音、今日の」
din は「騒音、やかましさ、けたたましさ」です。

unless ～「～しなければ」
you make yourself noticed and believed で「あなたが自分を気付かせ、信じさせ（なければ）」
ここでの you は総称人称で「ひとが、だれかが」という意味合いです。
make ～ noticed で「～を気付かせる」という意味です。

you ain’t got nothin’. で「何一つ得られやしないのだ。」です。
ain’t [エ]イン は昔のスラング的な言い回しで、元々は無教養な人々が使うものでしたが、ジャズやロックなどで取り入れられてクールな言い回しと認知されるようになりました。
am not、aren’t、isn’t、hasn’t、haven’t と代替します。
また、 ain’t got nothing と二重否定なので肯定の意味？と思ってしまいそうですが、
これはダブルネガティブといわれるもので否定の強調表現です。
have got nothing と同じ意味で「全く何も得られない、何一つ持っていない」という意味です。

このダブルネガティブは、エルビスプレスリーの曲 Hound Dog の歌い出しでも出てきますね。
You ain’t nothing but a hound dog.「お前はただのハウンドドッグに過ぎない」
※hound dog はよく吠えるけど何もできない犬（猟犬）という意味。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
