The company did not provide a revised target in its press release and is expected to supply an explanation when it announces on Nov. 1 its earnings results for the first half of fiscal 2022 that ended in September.
で「同社（トヨタ）はそのプレスリリースの中では改訂された目標値は示さなかったが、11月1日に同社の9月決算の2022年会計年度の上半期の収益結果を発表する際に何らかの説明をするものと見られている。」という意味になります。

The company did not provide a revised target in its press release で「その会社（トヨタ）は、～を提供しなかった、改定後の目標値を、そのプレスリリースの中で」です。
provide ～ で「（情報などを）与える、提供する」という意味になります。
a revised target で「改訂された目標値」です。
トヨタが当初の売上目標を満たせないと発表したことを受けています。

and「そして」
is expected to supply an explanation で「（同社は）～すると予想されている、何らかの説明を提供すると」です。
supply は provide と同じく「～を提供する」ですが、
supply は「必要なものを提供（補充）する」というニュアンスになります。

when it announces on Nov. 1 its earnings results で「（同社が）～を発表する時に、11月1日に、同社の収益結果を」です。
it は同じく Toyota Motor Corp. を指しています。
announces の目的語 its earnings results が後ろに回されてちょっと分かりづらくなっています。
何の収益結果（earnings results ）かというと、
for the first half of fiscal 2022「2022年会計年度の上半期の（収益結果）」です。
that ended in September. で「（その会計年度は）9月に終わった（決算だった）」です。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
