My painting is visible images which conceal nothing. They evoke mystery and, indeed, when one sees one of my pictures, one asks oneself this simple question, ‘What does it mean?’ It does not mean anything, because mystery means nothing either, it is unknowable.

で「私の絵は、明け透けで何も隠しているものがない描写である。それらの描写は不思議さを喚起し、実際、私の絵を見る時、人は自らにこのシンプルな質問を問うことになる。『これはどういう意味なんだ？』 不思議さにだって意味がないのだから、その絵も意味がないのだ。それを知ることはできないのだ。」という意味になります。

My painting is visible images で「私の絵は、明らかなイメージだ」です。
visible は「可視の、目に見える」という意味もありますが、ここでは「一目瞭然の、明らかな、歴然たる」という意味でしっくりきます。
例：visible improvement「明らかな改善」、a highly visible presence「非常に目立った存在」
which conceal nothing で「（それは）何も隠していない」です。
conceal ～ で「～を隠す、秘密にする、隠匿する」です。

They evoke mystery で「それらは、不思議さを喚起する」です。
they は visible images を指しています。
evoke イヴォウクで「～を喚起する、思い起こさせる、呼び起こす」です。
mystery で「不思議さ、謎」
and, indeed, ～「そして実際」
when one sees one of my pictures, で「（人が）私の絵の一つを見る時」
one は you, we, they などと同じ総称人称のひとつです。
one asks oneself this simple question, で「人は自分にこのシンプルな質問を問う」
ask ～ … で「～に…を問う」 ask … to ～ とも言えます。
どんな質問かというと、
‘What does it mean?’ で「それはどういう意味だ？」

It does not mean anything, で「それは何も意味していない」です。
because ～「なぜなら～だから」
mystery means nothing either, で「不思議さも何も意味していない（から）」です。
either は副詞で「～も（ない）」という意味になります。否定文で使われます。
too の否定バージョンですね。
it is unknowable. で「それは知ることができない」です。
un（否定） + knowable（知りえる）

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。

私の絵は分かりやすい描写である

which conceal nothing.
何も隠していない

They evoke mystery
それらは不思議さはを喚起する

and, indeed,
