で「少なくとも皆さんのうち9人が正解すれば、全員命が助かります。話し合ってプランを考えるのに5分与えられます。それでは、一列に並んでください、帽子を割り当てます。それでははじめ。さて、全員が助かる方法を思いつくことができますか？ いったんここでビデオを止めて、自力で解答してください。」という意味になります。

宇宙人通訳を通しての看守のセリフの続きです。

If ～「もし」
at least「少なくとも」
nine of you guess correctly, で「あなた方のうち9人が正しく答えを出したら」です。
nine of you で「あなた方のうち9人」です。10人のうちの９人でしたね。
guess は「（クイズなどで）答えを言い当てる」という意味の動詞。
guess correctly で「正しく答えを出す、正解する」
you’ll all be spared. で「あなた方はみんな助かることになる」です。
be spared で「命が助けられる、（殺されずに）見逃される」という意味の言い回し。
spare スペアは「予備にとっておく、使わないでおく」という意味から、「人を殺さずにおく、助命する、見逃す」です。
例：No effort should be spared.「いかなる努力も惜しむべきではない。」、Surrender and we will spare you.「降伏すれば命は助けてやる。」

You have five minutes で「あなた方は5分を持つ」です。つまり、5分の猶予がある、です。
to discuss and come up with a plan, で「話し合って、プランを思いつくために」です。

and then「さあそれでは」
I’ll line you up, assign your hats, で「私はあなた方を一列に並べて、あなた方に帽子を割り当てます。」
and we’ll begin. で「では、始めます。」です。

と、ここまでがセリフで、
Can you think of a strategy guaranteed to save everyone? で「あなたは戦略を思いつけますか？ 全員を助けることが保証された（戦略を）」
think of ～ も「～を考え付く」という意味の句動詞ですね。さきほどの come up with ～と同じです。
a strategy guaranteed to do ～ で「～することが保証された戦略」です。
guaranteed が a strategy を後ろから修飾しています。
save everyone で「全員を救う」です。

Pause the video now で「ビデオを一時停止して」です。
to figure it out で「答えを出すために」です。
figure ～ out で「～の答えを出す、解決する」です。
for yourself はもともと「自分のために」という意味ですが、今回のように「自力で、自活して、助けを借りずに」という意味でも使われます。
例：work for oneself「自営業である」、cook for oneself「自炊する」

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
