で「我々の同性愛の男女の同胞たちが法律上で他のものと同様な扱いを受けられるまでは我々の道のりは未完のままである。なぜなら、もし我々が本当の意味で平等なのであれば、、我々が互いに捧げ合う愛もまた間違いなく同様に平等でなければならないからです。」という意味になります。

Our journey is not complete until ～ で「我々の道のりは完成しない、～するまでは」です。
これは前回と全く同じ出だしです。修辞技法でいうリフレイン（反復法）というものですね。
同じ言い回しを何度も繰り返すことでスピーチを盛り上げていきます。

(until) our gay brothers and sisters are treated like anyone else under the law で「我々のゲイの兄弟・姉妹たちが扱われる（までは）、他の人と同じように、法の下で」です。
gay brothers and sisters は「同性愛の兄弟姉妹（男性女性）たち」です。
gay ゲイで「同性愛の」という意味になります。
like anyone else で「他の人と同様に」
under the law で「法の下で、法律上」です。

for ～ 「というのも～だから」という意味の等位接続詞が来ます。

if we are truly created equal, で「もし我々が本当に平等に創られているなら」
be created equal で「平等に創られている、生まれ持って平等である」という意味のコロケーション。
then surely「そうならば確実に」
the love we commit to one another must be equal as well. で「我々が互いに捧げ合う愛も、等しく平等でなければならない」です。
the love (that) we commit to one another までが主語です。「その愛、我々がお互いに捧げ合う（その愛）」
commit ～ to … で「～を…に全て捧げる」です。
例：commit one’s life to others「自分の人生を他の人々に捧げる」
one another は「互いに」という意味の代名詞で３人以上いる時に使われがちで、２人の場合は each other が使われがちと言われていますが、多くの場合はほぼ同じ意味（interchangeable）だということです。
must be equal で「平等で（等しく）なければならない」
as well で「同様に」

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。

我々の道のりは未完のままである

until
～するまでは

our gay brothers and sisters are treated
我々の同性愛の同胞たちが～に扱われるまで

like anyone else
他の人と同様に

under the law
法律上

for
というのも～だから

if we are truly created equal,
