で「それは我々の世代の任務です。生命と自由と幸福の追求、これらの言葉、これらの権利、これらの価値を、全ての国民にとって現実のものにすることです。（建国の文書）合衆国憲法に忠実であるということは、（必ずしも）全ての人の人生の形を同じにするということではないのです。」という意味になります。

That is our generation’s task で「それが我々世代の任務です」です.

to make these words, these rights, these values of life and liberty and the pursuit of happiness real for every American. で「生命と自由と幸福の追求、これらの言葉、これらの権利、これらの権利を、全ての国民にとって現実のものにすること」です。
make ～ real で「～を現実のものにする」という意味のコロケーション。
間の～部分が長いですが、
these words, these rights, these values of ～ で「～の、これらの言葉、これらの権利、これらの価値」と併記します。
of ～ 以降が、
(of) life and liberty and the pursuit of happiness で「生命、自由、幸福の追求（の）」となります。
これは日本国憲法でも第13条に規定される「生命、自由及び幸福追求に対する国民の権利」でおなじみですね。
for every American. で「アメリカ人（わが国民）ひとりひとり全員にとって」です。

Being true to our founding documents で「我が国の建国の文書に忠実であること」です。
be true to ～ で「～に誠実である、忠実である」という意味の言い回しです。
例：be true to one’s word「自分の言ったことに忠実である」
our founding documents はつまり「合衆国憲法」を指します。

does not require us to do ～ で「求めない、私たちに、～することを」です。
つまり「～しなければいけないというわけではない」ということですね。
(to) agree on every contour of life. で「合意すること、全ての人生の輪郭線で」です。
agree は「合意する、賛成する」という意味以外にも「ぴったり合わせる、一致させる」という意味もあります。
contour [コ]ントゥァは「体などの輪郭線、（不規則な形のものの）輪郭、外形、等高線」です。
ここでは every contour of life なので「ひとりひとりの人生の輪郭線」です。
それぞれの人生には違う形があるのが当たり前で、それを全員一致させる必要はない、ということです。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
