で「その救助の映像には、がれきの中から発見されたた新生児を抱えている男性が映っていた。その新生児はまだへその緒が母親に繋がっていた。その赤ちゃんは病院へと搬送され、そこで安定した状態で保育器に入れられた。AP通信によると。」という意味になります。

Footage of the rescue showed ～ で「その救助の映像は、～を見せた」です。
show は「見せる、表示する、あらわにする」という意味です。
何を見せたかというと、
a man carrying the newborn で「一人の男を、その新生児を抱えている（男を）」です。
newborn で「新生児」という意味の名詞です。形容詞でも使えます。
例：newborn baby「新生児」
after she was found in the debris, で「彼女ががれきの中から発見された後に」です。
she は the newborn を指しています。
her umbilical cord still connected to her mother. で「彼女のへその緒はまだ彼女の母親に繋がっていた」です。
接続詞が見当たらないので、独立分詞構文ですね。
her umbilical cord が意味上の主語で、
(being) connected ～ がこの分詞構文の動詞部分になっています。

The baby was transported to a hospital, で「その赤ちゃんは病院へと搬送された」
where ～ で「（その病院で）」
she was in an incubator in stable condition, で「彼女（その赤ちゃん）は保育器の中に入った、安定した状態で」です。
incubator は「保育器、孵卵器」という意味です。早産の赤ちゃんが入れられる機械ですね。
動詞形 incubate インキュベイトゥは「～を孵卵する、アイデアなどを生み出す、起業支援する」という意味になります。
stable ステイボォは「安定した」です。反対は unstable アンステイボォで「不安定な」
