Today, we went to disperse my father’s ashes in his favorite lake. My brother was anxious to show off to his new wife, and took us to a fancy resort on the lake. He fell into the lake with my dad’s ashes. Nobody laughed when he got out. Oh and as he’s a stingy ass, I ended up paying for the trip. FML
で「今日、私たちは父の大好きだった湖に父の遺灰をまきに行った。私の兄（or弟）は自分の結婚したばかりの嫁にいいところを見せようとして湖畔の豪華なリゾートに私たちを連れて行った。彼は父の遺灰とともに湖に落ちた。彼が湖から上がってきたとき誰も笑わなかった。あーそれと、彼はセコい男で、結局わたしがその旅行の費用を払うことになった。 F*ck my life!」という意味になります。

we went to disperse my father’s ashes in his favorite lake. で「私たちは父の遺灰をまきに行った、彼のお気に入りだった湖に」です。
ash で「灰」ですが、ashes と複数形で「遺灰、遺骨」という意味になります。

My brother was anxious to ～ で「わたしの兄（or弟）は～したいと思って」です。
anxious は「心配して」という意味の形容詞ですが、be anxious to do ～ の形では「ぜひとも～したいと望む」という意味になります。
show off to his new wife で「彼の新しい妻にいいところを見せる」です。
show off で「見せびらかす、自慢する、誇示する」です。
and took us to a fancy resort on the lake. で「それで、私たちを～に連れて行った、湖に面したリゾートに」です。
take ～ to … で「～を…に連れていく」です。
a fancy resort で「豪華なリゾート（ホテル）」ですね。
on the lake で「湖上の、湖畔の、湖に面した」という意味です。
例：a restaurant on the sea「海に面したレストラン」、fishing village on the sea「海辺の漁村」

He fell into the lake with my dad’s ashes. で「彼は湖に落ちた、父の遺灰と一緒に」です。
Nobody laughed when he got out. で「誰も笑わなかった、彼が出てきたとき」
get out (of the lake) で「湖から出てくる、上がる」

Oh and as he’s a stingy ass, で「それと、彼はケチ野郎なので、」
I ended up paying for the trip. で「結局わたしが旅費を払うことになった」です。
end up ～ ing で「結局～することになる」です。
pay for ～ で「～の費用を支払う」です。
