My fellow Americans, the oath I have sworn before you today, like the one recited by others who serve in this Capitol, was an oath to God and country, not party or faction. And we must faithfully execute that pledge during the duration of our service.

My fellow Americans, the oath I have sworn before you today, like the one recited by others who serve in this Capitol, was an oath to God and country, not party or faction. And we must faithfully execute that pledge during the duration of our service.
で「国民の皆さん、私が今日みなさんの前で誓った宣誓は、この国会議事堂に勤務する他の人達が唱えるものと同様に、神への、そして国家への宣誓でした。党や派閥へのものではありません。そして我々は誠実にその誓いを在任中に実行しなければなりません。」という意味になります。

My fellow Americans, で「アメリカ国民の皆さん」です。
fellow は親しみを込めた呼び掛けで「皆さん、同志たち」という意味合いです。

the oath I have sworn before you today, が主語になります。
「私が行った宣誓、皆さんの前で、本日」です。
swear an oath で「誓いを立てる、宣誓する」という意味のコロケーション。
oath は「宣誓、誓い」
sworn は swear の過去分詞形です。swear-swore-sworn です。
before you で「あなたたちの目の前で」です。
before は時間的な「～の前に」以外にも場所的な意味で「～の面前で」も使われます。

like the one recited by others who serve in this Capitol, は挿入的に「～と同様に、他の人たちによって唱えられる宣誓、この国会議事堂に勤務する（他の人達）」です。
like ～ で「～のように、～と同様に」です。
the one は oath を指しています。
recited by others で「他の人達によって唱えられた」です。
recite は「暗唱する、そらで唱える、つぶやく、朗読する」です。
他の人達とは誰かというと、
others who serve in this Capitol で「この国会議事堂に勤めている他の人達」です。
the Capitol で「（アメリカの）国会議事堂」の呼称です。

その宣誓は、
was an oath to God and country, で「神への宣誓、そして国家への宣誓だった」です。
not party or faction. で「党でも、派閥に対するものでなく」

And we must faithfully execute that pledge で「そして、我々は、誠実にその誓いを実行しなければならない」
pledge は oath の言い替えで「誓約、約束」です。
during the duration of our service. で「我々の任期中に」
duration of service で「勤続期間」という意味のコロケーション。
service はここでは「軍務、兵役」に近い意味で「公務員としての務め、国への奉仕」という意味合いです。
例：serviceman「軍人」

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。

アメリカ国民の皆さん

the oath I have sworn
わたしが誓った宣誓は

before you today,
今日みなさんの目の前で

like the one recited by others
他の人たちが暗唱する宣誓と同様に
