で「人生の中で最も見つけ難いものはバランスである。特に、人は成功すればするほど、家の門の向こう側に目が行きがちである。地に足をつけて、関係を絶やさず、愛のある人間の中にあり、繋がって、感情的に安定した状態でいるために私が必要とするものは何か？ 自分自身の中を見つめなさい。」という意味になります。

The hardest thing to find in life までが主語で「人生の中で一番見つけるのが難しいこと」です。
is balance で「～はバランスである」です。
balance は「バランス、均衡、心の落ち着き、平静」といった意味合いです。

especially「特に、とりわけ、ことのほか」
the more ～, the more … で「～すればするほど、もっと…である」の構文です。
the more success you have, で「（人が）成功を収めれば収めるほど、」
have success で「成功を収める、成功する、一花咲かせる」
成功を収めれば収めるほど、
the more you look to ～ で「（人は）～に目を向けるようになる」です。
look to ～ で「～に目を向ける、～に頼る、～を目指す」といった意味合いの言い回しです。
例：look to supplements「サプリメントに頼る」
the other side of the gate. で「門の向こう側」です。
インタビューの前後を読むとこの例文の前に、
“My kids give me the balance to live right.” と言っているので、
おそらくこの the gate は自宅の門のことで、
the other side of the gate「門の向こう側」は「家庭以外の事、外の世界」を言い表しています。
the other side は「向こう側、反対側、（こちら側に対して）あちら側」という意味です。

What do I need to stay ～ ? で「私は何が必要だろうか？、～な状態でいるために」です。
stay ～（形容詞）で「～のままでいる」という意味です。
stay grounded, で「（成功・勝利などに浮かれずに）地に足をつけておく」という意味の慣用句です。
ground は名詞では「地面」で、動詞では「接地する、地に足をつける、飛行機を地上に待機させる」などといった意味があります。
例：I got grounded from video games for a week.「私は一週間テレビゲームを禁止された。」
(stay) in touch, で「連絡を取り続ける」です。つまり（家族や身近な人達と）疎遠にならないようにする、ということ。
(stay) in love,は文字通り「愛の中にいる」です。愛情関係の中にいる事、愛している、いい仲でいることですね。
(stay) connected, で「繋がっている」です。 stay in touch と同じような意味合いですね。
対義語は先日出てきた estranged 「（友好関係・血縁関係にあった人が）疎遠になった」
(stay) emotionally balanced で「感情的に落ち着いている」です。

そのためには、
Look within yourself. で「自分自身の内面を見つめなさい」です。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
