で「今日、私が最近入ったバンドのリードボーカルが、私を加入させたたった一つの理由が、わたしがめちゃくちゃ不細工なので、他のメンバーが比較して10倍カッコよく見えるからだと、あからさまにファンに認めた。 F*ck my life!」という意味になります。

the lead singer of the band I recently joined までが主語になっています。
「バンドのリードシンガー、最近わたしが入った（バンドの）」です。
lead singer は main vocalist, lead vocalist, front man などとも言えます。
the band (that) I recently joined で「最近わたしが入ったバンド」です。

blatantly admitted to a fan that ～ で「露骨に認めた、ファンに、～だと」です。
admit that ～ で「～だと認める」です。
to a fan で「一人のファンに」です。
何と認めたのかというと、
(that) the only reason he let me in was ～ で「彼が私を入れたった一つの理由は～だと」です。
the only reason he let me in が主語で「彼が私を加入させたたった一つの理由」です。
he は the lead singer を指しています。
その理由は、
was because I’m “so fuckin’ ugly” that ～ で「私があまりにも不細工だから、（～するほど）」です。
so ～ that … の構文で「あまりにも～なので…だ」です。
あまりに不細工だからどうなのかというと、
that I make the rest of them look “ten times better” in comparison. で「私は他のメンバーをよく見せる、10倍も、比較で」です。
make ～ look good で「～をよく見せる」です。
the rest of them で「彼らの他の人達」つまり他のバンドメンバーたちです。
ten times better で「10倍も良く」です。
in comparison で「比較すると、比べると」です。
