tomb トゥームは「墓所、埋葬室、霊廟」といった意味の名詞。
記事中で触れらている、ギザのピラミッド付近で発見された新たな古墳のことですね。

stela スティーラは「（古代の遺跡などにおける）墓石・記念碑」という意味の名詞です。
(a stela) picturing Panehsy and his wife Baia, で「パネヘシとその妻バイラを描いた（石碑）」です。
picturing ～「～を描写している」は、直前の a stela を後ろから修飾している現在分詞です。
, who was the singer of Amun, は補足的・挿入的に his wife Baia を説明している非制限用法の関係代名詞節。
「その妻バイア（アムンの歌手だった）」です。

in front of an offering table, で「奉納台の前で」です。
offering は「捧げもの」という意味がありますので、offering table で「捧げものを置くための台」です。

as well as ～ は「（また同様に）～も」という意味の言い回しで、何かを付け加える時に使える表現です。
