17世紀のイギリスの劇作家・エッセイストであるジョゼフ・アディソンの言葉です。

で「星々の光は次第に消えゆき、太陽も年齢とともに自ずから輝きを失おう。自然も年月の中に沈みゆく。だが汝は、不死の若さの中に繁栄することになろう。荒れ狂う自然の只中において、物質の荒廃、粉砕する世界の中においても無傷のままで。」という意味になります。

シェイクスピアのちょっと後の、かなり古い時代の英文です。

The stars shall fade away, で「星々は次第に消えゆく」です。
ここでの shall は「～するだろう」という意味の助動詞です。
shall は「（まっすぐ行けば当然～となる）だろう」という意味で、意志とは関係なく当然に決められた道（運命）です。

the sun himself Grow dim with age, で「太陽も年齢とともに自ずから輝きを失うだろう」です。
Grow が文頭でもないのにキャピタライズしている理由ですが、これはこちらのPDFを見ると分かるのですが、

改行した後の行頭の文字をすべて大文字にするという、当時の慣例のためのようです。
grow ～（形容詞） で「～になる」という意味がつくれます。
例：grow cold「冷たくなる」、grow fat「太る」

and「そして」
nature sink in years, で「自然も年月の中に沈む」です。

But ～「しかし～」
thou shalt flourish で「そなたは繁栄することだろう」です。
thou ゾウは主格の you の古い型で「汝は、そなたは」です。
shalt も古い形で shall の二人称単数現在形です。
例：thou shalt nots「汝することなかれ、禁止事項、【語源】モーゼの十戒から」
in immortal youth で「不死の若さの中で」です。

Unhurt amidst the wars of elements, で「大暴風雨の最中でも傷もつかずに」です。
Unhurt のキャピタライズも先述の理由からです。
(being) unhurt と分詞構文になっています。
amidst は amid と同じ意味で「～の真っただ中で」という意味の前置詞。
the wars of elements は「諸要素の戦争」ですが、element には「（天候を構成する）自然の力、自然」という意味があり、
the wars of elements は、ここでは比喩的に「大暴風雨（などの厳しい自然現象）」を意味します。
The wrecks of matter, で「物質の荒廃」です。
The のキャピタライズも同様です。
wreck は「船の難破」という意味もありますが、元は「破壊、荒廃、破滅」です。
matter は「（物理的な）物、物質」
and ～「そして～」
the crush of worlds. で「世界の粉砕」です。
worlds と複数形なので「天と地」の意味で、crush はぶつかり合って粉々に破砕するイメージです。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。

The stars shall fade away,
星々は次第に消えゆき

the sun himself
太陽も自ずから

Grow dim
暗くなる

with age,
歳とともに

and nature sink in years,
自然も年月に沈みゆく
