Today, my husband announced he’s no longer attracted to me and wants a divorce because I got a needed double mastectomy. When I reminded him of his wedding vows, “In sickness and in health” he said that he thought that meant “the flu or something, not this shit.” FML
で「今日、夫がもう私に魅力を感じないので離婚したいとはっきり言った。必要だった両乳房切除手術を私が受けたために。私が『病める時も健やかなる時も』の結婚式での誓いの一節を彼に思い出してと言ったら、彼は、あれは『インフルエンザか何かのことで、このことではない。』と思ったと言った。 F*ck my life!」という意味になります。

my husband announced (that) ～ で「夫が～と宣言した」です。
announce は「～を宣言する、～をはっきり言う」という意味の動詞です。
なんとはっきり言ったかというと、
(that) he’s no longer attracted to me で「彼はもう私に魅力を感じない（と）」です。
be attracted to ～ で「～に引き付けられる、～に魅力を感じる」です。
and wants a divorce で「だから離婚したい」です。
because ～「なぜなら～だから」
I got a needed double mastectomy. で「私が、必要だった両乳房切除手術を受けた（から）」
mastectomy マス[テ]クトミィは「乳房切除（手術）」です。
double mastectomy なので「両方の乳房の切除手術」です。

When I reminded him of ～ で「私が彼に～のことを思い出させたとき」です。
remind ～ of … で「～に…のことを思い出してと言う」です。
何を思い出せと言ったのかというと、
(of) his wedding vows, “In sickness and in health” で「彼の結婚式での誓いの言葉、『病める時も健やかなる時も』の」です。

he said that ～ で「彼は～と言った」
he thought (that) ～ で「～だと思った」
that meant ～ で「あれは～のことだと」
the flu or something で「インフルエンザとか何か」のことだと思った、です。
not this shit「このことではなくて」です。
this shit は「このこと」です。shit は thing や stuff の代わりの口語表現です。
