Now is the time to rise from the dark and desolate valley of segregation to the sunlit path of racial justice. Now is the time to lift our nation from the quicksands of racial injustice to the solid rock of brotherhood. Now is the time to make justice a reality for all of God’s children.

Now is the time to rise from the dark and desolate valley of segregation to the sunlit path of racial justice. Now is the time to lift our nation from the quicksands of racial injustice to the solid rock of brotherhood. Now is the time to make justice a reality for all of God’s children.
で「今こそ、暗く荒涼とした人種隔離の谷から、人種的公平の明るい道に向けて立ち上がる時だ。今こそわが国を人種的不公平の泥沼から兄弟愛の盤石に立ち直らせる時だ。今こそすべての神の子たちのために公平を現実のものにする時だ。」という意味になります。

Now is the time to do ～ で「今こそ～するときである」
rise from ～ to … で「～から…に立ち上がる」ときです。
from the dark and desolate valley of segregation で「暗く荒涼とした人種隔離の谷間から」
desolate デソリトゥで「（場所などが）荒れ果てた、人気のない、わびしい」という意味の形容詞。
例：desolate station「無人駅」、feel desolate「寂しさを感じる」
to the sunlit path of racial justice. で「人種的公平の明るく照らされた道へ」です。
sunlit の lit は light の過去分詞形なので「太陽に照らされた」という意味の形容詞になります。
例：sunlit room「日当たりのよい部屋」、sunlit afternoon「陽の降り注ぐ午後」

Now is the time to do ～ で「今こそ～するときである」
lift our nation で「われわれの国を立ち上がらせる」です。
lift は「～を持ち上げる、～を立ち上がらせる、引き起こす」です。
from the quicksands of racial injustice で「人種的不公平という泥沼から」です。
quicksand は「流砂」という意味です。
一度はまると抜け出せないという意味で「泥ぬま」という意味合いでも使われます。
to the solid rock of brotherhood. で「兄弟愛という固い岩に」です。
brotherhood は「兄弟愛」です。ここでの「兄弟」は黒人や白人という人種・民族などを指しています。
God’s children の「兄弟」ですね。

Now is the time to do ～ で「今こそ～するときである」
make justice a reality で「公平を現実のものとする」です。
前回でてきた make ～ real と同義のバリエーションですね。
for all of God’s children. で「すべての神の子供たちにとって」

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。

Now is the time
今こそ～する時だ

to rise
立ち上がる時だ

from the dark and desolate valley of segregation
人種隔離という暗く荒涼とした谷から

to the sunlit path of racial justice.
人種的公平という太陽に照らされた道へと

Now is the time
