で「韓国軍の発表によると、その発射体は長距離弾道ミサイルであり、黄海に位置する於青島（オチョンド）から約200キロの地点に落下した。そして韓国軍は、北朝鮮が『宇宙ロケット』だというものの一部だとみられるその物体を回収中であると発表した。」という意味になります。

The South Korean military said (that) ～ で「韓国軍は～だと言った」です。
the projectile was a long-range ballistic missile で「その発射体は長距離弾道ミサイルだと」です。
projectile プロ[ジェ]クタイォで「（弾丸などの）発射体」です。
ballistic missile は「弾道ミサイル」です。
ballistic バ[リ]スティックは「弾道の」という意味の形容詞。
thatの関係代名詞で受けて、
that fell「（その弾道ミサイルは）落ちた」
about 200 kilometers from ～ で「～から約200kmのの地点に」
from the country’s Eocheong Island で「韓国の於青島（オチョンド）から」です。
the country は South Korea を指しています。
in the Yellow Sea で「黄海にある」です。

and ～「また～」
it was retrieving an object で「韓国軍はある物体を回収中だ（と言った）」です。
it は The South Korean military を指しています。
どんな物体かというと、
(an object) that seemed to be part of ～ で「～の一部だとみられる（物体）」
what the North called ～ で「北朝鮮が～と呼んでいたもの」です。
the North は「北朝鮮」のことですね。
なんと呼んでいたかというと、
a “space launch vehicle.” で「宇宙ロケット」です。
launch vehicle で「（宇宙船や衛星の）打ち上げ機」です。
vehicle は「車、車両」という意味意外にも「（全般的に輸送手段としての）乗り物」という意味があります。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
