Again and again, we must rise to the majestic heights of meeting physical force with soul force. The marvelous new militancy which has engulfed the Negro community must not lead us to a distrust of all white people, for many of our white brothers, as evidenced by their presence here today, have come to realize that their destiny is tied up with our destiny.

で「何度でも何度でも、われわれは、身体的な力に精神の力で応するという堂々たる高みに達しなければならない。黒人コミュニティを飲み込んだこの素晴らし新たな好戦的な闘争は、全ての白人に対する不信につながってしまってはいけないのだ。なぜならば、白人の兄弟たち（彼らが今日ここにきてくれているということで明らかなように）は気付きだしているからだ。彼らの運命はわれわれの運命と切手も切れないものだと。」という意味になります。

Again and again,「何度でも何度でも」
we must rise to ～ で「我々は～に登らねばならない」
to the majestic heights of ～ で「～という堂々たる高みへと」です。
heights ハイツは「高み、高いところ、丘、高原」という意味の名詞です。
例：Wuthering Heights「嵐が丘」、be afraid of heights「高所恐怖症である」
どんな高みかというと、
(of) meeting physical force with soul force. で「～応ずる、身体的な力に、精神の力を持ってして」という高みです。
meet ～ with … で「～に…をもって応じる」です。
physical force「物的な力」に、soul force「魂の力」で対応する、ということです。

The marvelous new militancy which has engulfed the Negro community までが主語です。
The marvelous new militancy で「この驚くべき新しい好戦的な闘争」です。
militancy は「好戦性、闘争的であること」です。
形容詞形は militant で「好戦的な、武闘派の」
例：militant vegan「過激（非常に熱心）な完全菜食主義者」
その闘争は、
which has engulfed the Negro community で「黒人コミュニティをすっかり飲み込んでしまった（その闘争）」です。
engulf は「～を飲み込む、取り込む、巻き込む」です。
例：Flames engulfed a building.「炎が建物を飲み込んだ。」
その闘争は、
must not lead us to ～ で「我々を～に導いてしまってはいけない」です。
我々をどこに導いてはいけないかというと、
to a distrust of all white people, で「すべての白人たちに対する不信に」です。
a distrust of ～ で「～への不信、～に対する不信の念」です。
例：have a distrust of ～「～に不信の念を抱く」

for ～ は「というのも～だからだ」という意味の等位接続詞です。
many of our white brothers, で「我々の白い兄弟たちの多くが」
as evidenced by their presence here today, は挿入的に「今日ここに彼らが存在していることによって明らかなように」です。
このスピーチが行われたデモ集会に白人たちも来ていたということですね。
have come to realize that ～ で「～ということに気づきだしている」です。
have come to do ～ で「～するようになる」という意味のコロケーションです。
例：I have come to know that ～.「～だとわかってきた。」
白人たちは何に気づきだしているのかというと、
(that) their destiny is tied up with our destiny. で「彼ら（白人）の運命は、われわれ（黒人）の運命と繋がっている（と）」です。
be tied up with ～ で「～と繋がっている、～に縛られている」です。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。

我々は～に上らねばならない

the majestic heights of
～という堂々たる高みに

meeting physical force
身体的な力に対応するという
