Today, with the help of a good map, I managed to figure out that a near-invisible path that I hadn’t even noticed was actually the continuation of my bike route. Twenty metres further, I found the signpost confirming this… quite well hidden in a bush. For anyone without a map, FML
で「今日、良い地図のおかげで、私は、ほぼ目に見えない、存在に気付きさえしなかった小道が、自転車ルートの続きであることをどうにかして発見した。20メートル先に行くと、このことを確証する道路標識を見つけた。やぶの中にかなりしっかり隠された状態で。地図がなければ誰にもわからないだろう。 F*ck my life!」という意味になります。

with the help of a good map, で「よい地図の助けを借りて」です。
with the helf of ～ で「～の助けで」という意味のコロケーションです。

I managed to figure out that ～ で「私はなんとか～だ、ということがわかった」です。
manage to do ～ で「何とかして～する、どうにか～する」という意味の言い回しです。
figure out ～ で「～を理解する、～を解読する、～を解明する」という意味の句動詞。
今回は figure out that ～ と that節を目的語にとって「～だとわかる、～だと理解する」です。
何がわかったのかというと、
a near-invisible path that I hadn’t even noticed までが主語で「ほとんど目に見えない小道、気づきさえもしなかった（小道）」です。
a near-invisible path で「見えないに近い小道」です。
near- で「～に近い、ほとんど～な」という意味が作れます。
例：near-certain「ほぼ確実な」
almost とも言い換えらえます。
that 以降は path を後から説明していて「気付きさえもしなかった（その小道）」です。
hadn’t と過去の時点でさらに過去なので、大過去になっています。
その小道が、
was actually the continuation of my bike route. で「実際は私の自転車ルートの続きだった」です。
bike route とは、英辞郎によると、
《掲示》自転車ルート◆専用道ではなく道路を車両と共用する。この標識を立てることによって、自転車に乗る人にある地点までの便利な近道を示したり、その区域をよく知らない人や観光客に景観の良い通り道を示す。標識が緑色の場合は情報提供、黄色は警告、白・黒色は規制通報の目的である。
とのことです。
route は日本語ではルートですが、アメリカではラウトゥと発音することが多いです。

Twenty metres further, で「さらに20メートル（進むと）」
I found the signpost confirming this で「私は標識を見つけた、これを確証する」です。
confirm ～ は「～が正しいと確定する、裏付ける」です。
this とは、そのわかりづらい小道がBIKE ROUTE の続きだと言う事実、です。
quite well hidden in a bush. で「やぶの中にかなりしっかり隠されて」その標識があった、ということですね。
For anyone without a map,「地図を持っていない人にとっては…」と文が終わってしまってますが、
補足すれば、It is impossible to find that. という含意になるかと思います。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
