You know, there’s nothing damnable about being a strong woman. The world needs strong women. There are a lot of strong women you do not see who are guiding, helping, mothering strong men. They want to remain unseen. It’s kind of nice to be able to play a strong woman who is seen.

You know, there’s nothing damnable about being a strong woman. The world needs strong women. There are a lot of strong women you do not see who are guiding, helping, mothering strong men. They want to remain unseen. It’s kind of nice to be able to play a strong woman who is seen.
で「強い女性であるのは何も悪いことではありません。世界は強い女性を必要としています。（世の中には）人の目に触れない強い女性たちがたくさんいます。強い男性を導き助け、世話をしている女性たちです。普通は彼女たちは目立たないことを望んでいます。目に見える形で強い女性の役を演じるられることは素晴らしいことです。」という意味になります。

there’s nothing damnable about being a strong woman. で「強い女性であることは、何ら悪いことではありません。」という意味の言い回しです。
there is nothing ～ about … で「…については～なことは何もない」という意味から発展しています。
damnable は「最悪の、地獄に落ちるべき、ひどい」という意味の形容詞。
罵りなどでよく使う damn「畜生！くそ！」ダムの形容詞形です。
元の意味は「人を地獄に落とす、破滅させる、～を呪う」です。
being a strong woman で「強い女性であること」です。

The world needs strong women. で「世界は強い女性たちを必要としている。」です。
women の発音に注意しましょう。[ウィ]ミンという感じになります。

There are a lot of strong women で「たくさんの強い女性たちがいる」
(that) you do not see で「皆さんの目に入らない（女性たち）」です。
つまり縁の下の力持ち的な意味合いで、ということですね。
who are guiding, helping, mothering strong men. で「（その女性たちは）強い男性を、導き、助け、母のように世話をしている」です。

They want to remain unseen. で「彼女たちは目立たないままでいたいのだ。」です。

It’s kind of nice to do ～ で「～することはある意味素晴らしいことだ」
何することが素晴らしいのかというと、
to be able to play ～ で「～の役を果たすことができること」です。
a strong woman who is seen.「世間の目に触れる強い女性（という役を果たせること）」です。
ジンジャー・ロジャースにはフレッド・アステアという有名な男性俳優の相手役がいました。
多数のミュージカル映画をコンビで演じているので、そのことを言っているのかと思います。
