で「我々は決して満足することはできない。旅の疲れで重たい黒人たちの体が、旅の道のモーテルや街のホテルで部屋を借りることができない限りは。」という意味になります。

前回と同じ言い回しです。
We can never be satisfied as long as ～で「我々は決して満足しない、～する限りは」です。
as long as our bodies cannot ～ で「我々の体が～できない限りは」です。
主語 bodies の後にカンマで区切られた挿入句が入って、
, heavy with the fatigue of travel, で「旅の疲れで重たい（我々の体）」です。
our bodies の状況を補足的に説明しています。
fatigue ファ[ティ]ーグは「疲れ、疲労、倦怠感」という意味の名詞です。
その「われわれの体」が何ができないのかというと、
cannot gain lodging で「宿を得られない」です。
gain lodging で「宿をとる、宿を得る」です。
lodging ロッジングは「宿、泊れる場所、宿泊施設」という意味の名詞。
動詞形 lodge は「泊まる、下宿する」です。
例：lodging with meals「食事つきの宿泊所」、find lodging for the night「その日の宿を見つける」
in the motels of the highways で「街道のモーテルで」です。
アメリカでは highway は「高速道路」という意味ではなく、都市や街を結ぶような「幹線道路、街道」を意味します。
and the hotels of the cities. で「そして、街のホテルで」です。
差別の酷い時代（特に南部）では、黒人がホテルに泊まることさえも許されなかったわけですね。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。

我々は決して満足することはできない

as long as
～する限りは

our bodies,
我々の体が

heavy with the fatigue of travel,
旅の疲れで重たい（体が）

cannot gain lodging
