Today, my dad thought it would be appropriate to get drunk at my wedding and include in his father of the bride speech all the very bad things I did as a child, before I got the psychiatric help I needed. My in-laws were giving me death glares, and his nana yelled, “Shame on you!” at me. FML
で「今日、私の結婚式で父は、酔っぱらって花嫁の父がスピーチで私が子供の時にしでかしたとても悪いことをすべて話してしまっても問題ないと考えた。（ちなみにその後わたしは精神科の助けが必要になって受診した。）義理の両親たちは私を怖い目で睨みつけていたし、彼のおばあちゃんは私に『恥を知りなさい！』と怒鳴りつけた。 F*ck my life!」という意味になります。

my dad thought (that) ～ で「私の父は～だと思った」です。
(that) it would be appropriate to (do) ～ で「～するのが適当である（と）」です。
appropriate アプ[ロ]ウプリィトゥで「（特定の人・条件・場所などに）適切な、適当な、妥当な、ふさわしい」という意味の形容詞です。
例：appropriate amount「適正な量」、age-appropriate behavior「年相応の行動」
何が適当であると思ったのかというと、
to get drunk at my wedding で「私の結婚式で酔っぱらう（こと）」です。
and ～「また～」
include ～ で「～を含めること」です。
in his father of the bride speech で「花嫁の父のスピーチの中に」です。
father-of-the-bride speech で「花嫁の父のスピーチ」となります。
father-of-the-bride が一繋がりで形容詞となっていることに注意しましょう。
そのスピーチに何を含めるかというと、
all the very bad things (that) I did as a child で「私が子供のころにやった非常に悪いこと全て」です。

, before ～ は直訳すれば「～する前に」という意味ですが、このような場合は「その後～した」と訳すとしっくりきます。
つまり and then ～ と同じ意味合いですね。

I got the psychiatric help I needed で「（その後）私は必要だった精神科の助けを得た」です。
これはつまり「精神科を受診した」という意味ですね。
例：get medical help「医療機関で診察を受ける」

My in-laws were giving me death glares, で「私の義両親は私に殺意のこもった睨みを与えていた」です。
in-laws は「義理の両親」です。結婚相手の両親を指します。
例：father-in-low「義理の父」、brother-in-low「義理の弟（or兄）」
a death glare は「怖い目でにらむこと」です。
glare は「ひと睨み」で可算名詞です。ここでは義両親なので glares となっていますね。
and ～「そして～」
his nana yelled, “Shame on you!” at me. で「彼のおばあちゃんは『恥を知りなさい！』と私に怒鳴りつけた」です。
nana ナーナは話し言葉で「おばあちゃん、ばあや」という意味の表現です。
nanny [ナ]ニーでも同じく「おばあちゃん、ばあや、乳母、子守」という意味になります。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
