Today, I saw a toddler bolt in a parking lot. Since he was running towards the road behind me, I scooped him up to hand off to his mother. She shrieked, snatched him from my hands, and sprayed me with mace. While I was writhing in pain, some punk kid lifted my wallet and phone. FML
で「今日、駐車場で幼児が急に駆け出すのを見た。彼はわたしの後ろの道路に向かって走って行ったので、私は彼をすくい上げて彼の母親に手渡した。彼女はキャーと叫んで、私の手から彼をひったくり、私に催涙ガスを噴きかけた。私が痛みで身悶えしているすきに、どこかの悪ガキが私の財布とスマホを盗んだ。 F*ck my life!」という意味になります。

I saw a toddler bolt in a parking lot. で「私は、幼児が、急に駆け出すのを見た、駐車場で。」です。
see ～ do … で「～が…するのを見る」という意味になります。
知覚動詞のあとは動詞原型を取るというルールですね。

bolt は「急に駆け出す、急に飛び出す」という意味の動詞です。
100mの世界記録保持者ウサイン・ボルトとセット覚えてしまうのもいいかもしれませんね。

Since he was running towards the road behind me, で「彼が、私の後ろの道路に向かって走っていたので」です。
since ～ はここでは「～なので、～だから」という理由の意味の接続詞。
he は先ほどの「幼児」を指しています。
I scooped him up で「私は彼をすくい上げて」です。
to hand off to his mother. で「彼の母親に手渡した」です。
hand off ～ to … で「～を…に手渡す」です。
to不定詞は「～するために」と訳されることが多いですが、今回のように【結果】の意味でも使われます。

She shrieked, snatched him from my hands, で「彼女はキャーっと叫び声をあげて、彼を私の手からひったくった」です。
shriek は「金切り声をあげる」という意味の動詞。
snatch は「～をひったくる」です。
and sprayed me with mace. で「そして、私に催涙ガスを噴きかけた」です。
mace メイスは昔の武器「鎚矛」という意味もありますが、ここでは香辛料のメース（ナツメグの種子を覆う薄い仮種皮）から「催涙ガス」を意味します。

While I was writhing in pain, で「私が痛みで身悶えしている間に」
writhe ゥライズで「身悶えする」という意味の動詞です。
some punk kid lifted my wallet and phone. で「どこかの悪ガキが私の財布とスマホを盗んだ」です。
punk kid で「悪ガキ、青二才」です。
例：little punk ass「若造、チンピラ」
この場合の some は「何人かの」という意味ではなく、単数形なので「どこかの、ある～」という意味です。無関心さを表します。
a ～ とほぼ置き換え可能です。
例：He’s just some guy from the past.「彼はただの過去の男よ。」
lift は「～を持ち上げる」という意味ですが、ここでは「万引きする、～を盗む」という意味で使われています。
例：The boy lifted a book from the shop.「その少年はその店から本を万引きした。」

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
