I am not unmindful that some of you have come here out of great trials and tribulations. Some of you have come fresh from narrow jail cells. And some of you have come from areas where your quest — quest for freedom left you battered by the storms of persecution and staggered by the winds of police brutality.

I am not unmindful that some of you have come here out of great trials and tribulations. Some of you have come fresh from narrow jail cells. And some of you have come from areas where your quest — quest for freedom left you battered by the storms of persecution and staggered by the winds of police brutality.
で「皆さんの中には、多大なる幾多の試練を潜り抜けてここに来ている人もいることを私は承知している。狭い独房から出たばかりの人もいるでしょう。また中には、自由を求めるだけで迫害の嵐に襲われボロボロになってしまうような、警察による残虐行為の嵐で足腰もたたなくなってしまうような地域からやって来た人もいるでしょう。」という意味になります。

I am not unmindful that ～ で「私は～ということに無頓着ではない」です。
unmindful アン[マ]インドフォで「不注意な、無頓着な」という意味の形容詞。
not unmindful なので「無頓着ではない」です。
I am aware that ～ の難しいバージョンという感じですね。
何を分かっているのかというと、
(that) some of you have come here out of great trials and tribulations. で「皆さんの中には、ここに来た、多大な幾多の試練の中から（者もいる）」です。
come out of ～ で「～から外に出てくる」です。
trials and tribulations はセットで「幾多の試練」という意味のコロケーション。
trial は「裁判、審判、試練、苦難」という意味。
tribulation も同じく「試練、辛苦」という意味です。
Some of you have come fresh from narrow jail cells. で「皆さんの中には、狭い独房から出てきたばかり（の者もいる）」です。
(come) fresh from ～ で「～から来たばかり、～から着いたばかり」という意味の言い回しです。
例：cookie fresh from the oven「焼きたてのクッキー」

And ～「そして～」
some of you have come from areas where ～ で「皆さんの中には、～な地域から来た（人もいる）」です。
どんな地域（areas）かというと、
(areas where) your quest — quest for freedom left you battered で「あなたの自由の探求が、あなたを、ボロボロにする（ような地域）」です。
your quest for freedom で「自由を求めること」です。
quest は「探求、冒険の旅、追及」
leave you battered で「あなたを傷だらけに状態にさせておく」です。
leave ～ 形容詞 で「～を…の状態にしておく」という意味の言い回しです。
例：leave me alone「放っておいて」
batter バターは「続けざまに打つ、めった打ちにする」という意味の動詞。
battered で「打ちのめされた」という意味の形容詞になります。
by the storms of persecution で「迫害の嵐によって」
and ～「また～」
(leave you) staggered で「よろよろにさせる」
stagger は「よろめかせる、ふらつく、ぐらつく」という意味の動詞。
staggered で「がくぜんとした、茫然とした、ぐらついた、よろよろした」です。
by the winds of police brutality. で「警察の残虐行為の嵐によって」です。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。

I am not unmindful that
～だということはよく承知している

some of you
あなた方の中には

have come here
ここにきている（ことを）

out of great trials and tribulations.
幾多の多大な試練の中から

Some of you
あなた方の中には

have come
来ている

fresh from narrow jail cells.
