Today, I went out for drinks with two 18 year-old girls and a 30 year-old woman. I’m 53, and wanted to hook up with the 30 year-old. で「今日、18歳の女子２人と30歳女性ひとりと飲みに行った。私は53歳で、その30歳の女性といい仲になりたかった。彼女は一時間後に酔っぱらってタクシーで帰宅してしまい、一方で18歳２人組は私を酔いつぶしていた。私は今、ちゃんと家に歩いて帰れるように酔いを醒まそうとして彼らと一緒に座っている。 F*ck my life!」という意味になります。

I went out for drinks で「私は飲みに行った」という意味の言い回しです。
go out for a drink と単数形にすると「ちょっと飲みに行く、一杯飲みに行く」という意味合いになります。

I’m 53, で「私は53歳だ」
and ～「そして～」
wanted to hook up with the 30 year-old. で「～したかった、その30歳の女性といい仲になりたかった」です。
hook up with ～ は「～とセックスする、～と一夜を共にする」という意味の言い回し。

She got drunk で「彼女は酔っぱらった」です。
get drunk で「酔っぱらう、酔いが回る」という意味。
after an hour「一時間後に」
and went home in a taxi で「そして、タクシーで帰宅した」です。

, meanwhile ～ で「その一方で～」です。
the two 18 year-olds drank me under the table. で「その2人の18歳女子たちは、私を酔いつぶした」です。
drink ～ under the table は「～を飲み負かす、～を酔いつぶす」という意味の慣用句です。

I’m sat with them で「私は今、彼女たちと座っている状態だ」です。
be sat と受動態になっていますがこれは「座った状態でいる」という意味合いです。
ほぼほぼ I’m sitting と同じ意味となります。

trying to sober up で「酔いを醒まそうとしながら」
sober up で「酔いを醒ます」という意味の句動詞。
sober [ソ]バーは形容詞では「しらふの」ですが、動詞では「酔いを醒ます、酔いがさめる」という意味になります。
so I can walk home. で「言えに歩いて帰れるように」です。
so ～ はここでは so that ～ と同じで「～できるように、～するように」という意味の接続詞です。
