I have a dream that one day this nation will rise up and live out the true meaning of its creed: “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal.”

I have a dream that one day this nation will rise up and live out the true meaning of its creed: “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal.”
で「私には夢がある。それは、いつの日か、この国が立ち上がりその信条の真の意味を実現することです。その信条とは『われわれは、あらゆる人間がもとより平等であるというこれらの真実を自明のものとする。』というものです。」という意味になります。

I have a dream that ～ で「私には夢がある、～という夢が」です。
「～という」という意味の同格のthat になります。
どんな夢かというと、
one day「いつの日か」
this nation will rise up and ～ で「この国が立ち上がって～」
live out the true meaning of its creed で「この国の信条の本当の意味を現実のものとする（という夢）」です。
live out ～ は「～を生き延びる」という意味もありますが、ここでは「（夢・理想などを）実現する、かなえる」という意味の句動詞です。
例：live out a dream「夢をかなえる」
its creed の its は this nation を指して「この国の信条」です。
creed クリードゥは「信条、モットー、信念」です。
どんな信念かというと、コロン（:）で「つまり～」
“We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal.” で「『われわれは、あらゆる人間がもとより平等であるというこれらの真実を自明のものとする。』」です。
これはアメリカ独立宣言（Declaration of Independence）の中の一節になっています。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。

～という夢が
