expects ～ to be … で「～が…になると見込んでいる」です。
the Southeast Asian market で「東南アジア市場」が、
to be one of the new growth drivers で「新たな成長促進力のひとつになると（見込んで）」です。
growth driver は「成長の推進力」です。
driver で「～を促すもの、促進因子」という意味になります。
for the airline で「同エアラインにとって」です。
the airline は ANA Holdings Inc. の言い換え表現（パラフレーズ）です
in the post-pandemic recovery で「パンデミック後の回復において」です。
post-～ は「～の後の、次の～」という意味の接頭辞。
例：post-apocalyptic world「世界が滅亡したあとの世界」
