で「わたしは十代の人達のメディアで描かれ方に特に悲観している。彼らは非常に過小評価されている。彼らは聡明で頭がいい人々なのにますますチャンスが与えられなくなってきている。彼らは無視された世代だ。」という意味になります。

teenagers とは、1980s ～ 1990s生まれのミレニアル世代（millennials）のことを指して言っているようです。

I get particularly depressed by ～ で「私は特に～によって心が落ち込んでいる」です。
get depressed で「気が滅入る、憂鬱になる」です。
depress ディプ[レ]スは「～を落ち込ませる、憂鬱にする」という意味の動詞。
名詞形は depression「うつ、鬱病」です。
何によって気が滅入っているのかというと、
by the way (that) ～「～するやり方、～する方法」です。
何をするやり方かというと、
teenagers are portrayed in the media. で「十代の人たちが描かれ方、メディア内での」
この teenagers は引用元を読むとミレニアル世代を指しています。日本で言うところの「ゆとり世代」のことですね。

They are massively underestimated. で「彼らは非常に過小評価されている。」です。
massively マッスィヴリで「非常に、とてつもなく、はなはだしく」です。
形容詞形 massive は「巨大な、非常に重い、大規模な」という意味です。
underestimated アンダー[エ]スティメイティドゥで「過小評価された、低く見積もられた」です。
estimate [エ]スティメイトゥで「～を見積もる」という意味です。

They are bright, intelligent people で「彼らは聡明で、頭のいい人々だ」です。
bright は「明るい、輝く」という意味以外にも「頭がいい、聡明な」という意味もあります。
who are given less and less opportunity. で「（でも）ますますチャンスを与えられていない（人々）」です。
less and less は more and more の反対で「ますます～しなくなる、ますます～が少なくなって」という意味になります。
ここでは否定の意味合いで訳しています。

They are an ignored generation. で「彼らは無視された世代だ。」です。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
