Service which is rendered without joy helps neither the servant nor the served. But all other pleasures and possessions pale into nothingness before service which is rendered in a spirit of joy.
で「喜びを伴わない奉仕は、奉仕する側される側、両者どちらも救済しない。しかし、喜びの精神において行われる奉仕の前では、他のどんな快楽や財産も色あせて無価値になってしまう。」という意味になります。

Service which is rendered without joy が主語で「サービス、喜びなしで表される（サービス・奉仕）」です。
render a service で「サービスをする、尽力する、奉仕する」という意味のコロケーション。
動詞 render は「～を表する、～を提供する、～の状態にする、表現する」という意味合い。
例：render a decision「判決を下す」、render a salute「敬礼する」
helps ～「～を助ける、～の役に立つ」
neither the servant nor the served. で「奉仕者も、奉仕される者もどちらも～（助け）ない」となります。
neither ～ nor … で「～も…もどちらもない」という意味の言い回し。
either ～ or …「～か…かのどちらか」の否定形です。
the servant で「奉仕する人、奉仕者」です。
the served は「奉仕される人」となります。
the ＋ 形容詞　で「～な人々」という意味が作れます。
例：the rich「金持ちの人々」、the Japanese「日本人」

But ～「しかし～」
all other pleasures and possessions が主語で「他のすべての快楽や財産は」です。
pleasures は「楽しみ、喜び、快楽」
possession は「所有、所有物」で、possessions と複数形で「財産」という意味になっています。
例：hoard one’s possessions「財産をため込む」
pale into nothingness で「無に色あせる、色あせて無になる」です。
pale は「青ざめる、色あせる、（存在感などが）薄くなる」という意味の動詞。
pale into ～ で「色あせて～になる」という意味です。
nothingness は「何もないこと、無、無価値」です。
例：Being and Nothingness「存在と無」
before ～ で「～の前では」です。
この before は時間的な「前」ではなく、位置的な「前」です。
何の前では無価値になってしまうのかというと、
service which is rendered in a spirit of joy. で「喜びの精神で表される奉仕」です。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
