This is our hope, and this is the faith that I go back to the South with. With this faith, we will be able to hew out of the mountain of despair a stone of hope. With this faith, we will be able to transform the jangling discords of our nation into a beautiful symphony of brotherhood.

This is our hope, and this is the faith that I go back to the South with. With this faith, we will be able to hew out of the mountain of despair a stone of hope. With this faith, we will be able to transform the jangling discords of our nation into a beautiful symphony of brotherhood.
で「これが我々の望みであり、これが南部へ私が持ち帰る信念なのだ。この信念があれば、落胆の山の中から希望の石を切り出すことができるだろう。この信念があれば、この国のジャラジャラとぶつかり合う不協和音を、兄弟愛という美しいシンフォニーへと変えることができるだろう。」という意味になります。

This is our hope, で「これが我々の望みだ」
and ～「そして～」
this is the faith that ～ で「これが信念だ」
どんな信念かというと、
(that) I go back to the South with. で「私が南部へ帰る、（その信念と）一緒に」です。
つまり「南部に持ち帰る」ということです。

With this faith, で「この信念と一緒なら、この信念があれば」
we will be able to ～「我々は～ができるだろう」s
hew out of the mountain of despair a stone of hope. で「落胆の山の中から希望の石を切り出す（ことができる）」です。
hew ヒューは「～を切り出す」という意味の動詞です。
ここでは目的語は a stone of hope で、後置されています。
分かりやすく直すと、hew a stone of hope out of the mountain ～ となります。

With this faith, で「この信念と一緒なら、この信念があれば」
we will be able to ～「我々は～ができるだろう」
transform ～ into … で「～を…へと変え（られる）」です。
the jangling discords of our nation で「ジャラジャラとぶつかり合う不協和音、わが国の中の」です。
jangle は名詞では「（金属がぶつかり合って鳴る）耳障りな音」という意味。
動詞では「ジャラジャラ鳴る」です。
密林地帯のジャングルは jungle です。
(into) a beautiful symphony of brotherhood. で「兄弟愛という美しいシンフォニー（へと）」です。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。

This is our hope,
これが我々の望みだ

そして～な信念だ

私が南へと帰る

（その信念と）一緒に
