で「物理学は研究対象の世界自体の本質を変えることはないし、行動科学も人間の本質を変えることはない。たとえそれら２つの科学が、それらの研究題材を巧みに処理する絶大な能力で、テクノロジーを生み出すことはあっても。」という意味になります。

Physics does not change ～ で「物理学は～を変えない」
the nature of the world (that) it studies. で「世界の本質を、それが研究する（世界の）」です。
ここでの nature は「自然」という意味ではなくて「性質、気質、本質」になります。
例：extroverted nature「外向的な性格」、real nature of life「人生の本質」
it studies の it は physics を指しています。
study はここでは「～を研究する、観察する、詳しく調べる」です。
and ～「そして～」
no science of behavior can change ～ で「どんな行動科学も～を変えることはできない」です。
science of behavior で「行動科学」です。
behavioral science とも言えます。人間の行動を実証的に研究する学問分野で、社会学、人類学、心理学、精神医学が含まれます。
何を変えることができないのかというと、
the essential nature of man, で「人間の本質を」です。
essential nature で「根本的な性格、本質」です。

even though ～「たとえ～だとしても」
both sciences yield technologies で「両方の科学がテクノロジーを生み出す（としても）」です。
both sciences は、physics と science of behavior を指しています。
yield イーゥドゥで「～を産出する、生み出す、生じさせる」という意味の動詞です。
with a vast power to (do) ～ で「～する絶大な力で」です。
manipulate the subject matters. で「それらの研究題材を巧みに処理する（絶大な力）」です。
manipulate ～ で「～を巧みに処理する、上手に操作する」という意味の動詞。
mani- は「手」を意味するの接頭語なので、手で上手にこねくりまわしているイメージですね。
the subject matters は「それらの題材、テーマ」という意味です。
先述されたそれぞれの学問の研究題材、つまり世界（the world）や、man（人間）を指しています。
例：subject matter of the song「その歌の主題（テーマ）」

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。

それが研究対象とする（世界の）

そして、いかなる行動科学も～を変えることはできない
