unstoppable アンス[ト]パボォで「止められない、制止できない」という意味の形容詞。
force は「力」ですがここでは「勢力、勢力群」
in box-office history. で「興行的な歴史の中で」です。
box-office で「興行的な」という意味の形容詞。
名詞形 box office「（映画・劇場の）チケット売り場」という意味から来ています。
例：The movie didn’t do so well at the box office.「その映画は興行的にはあまりうまくいかなかった。」

invincibility インヴィンスィ[ビ]リティで「無敵であること」です。
in-（否定）＋ vincible「征服できる」

wear and tear ウェアアンドティアで「（通常の使用による）摩損、摩滅、傷み」です。
例：This insurance does not cover normal wear and tear.「この保険は、通常使用による損傷については保証しません。」

the superhero factory は the Marvel のパラフレーズ（言い換え表現）。
