Today, my mother-in-law said I was manipulative, awful, mean, incapable of love, and the reason for my husband’s depression. All because I got him to agree to inpatient psychiatric care after he expressed suicidal thoughts that included our children. She says it’s ridiculous and he’s fine. FML
で「今日、義母が言ってきた。私が夫を操ろうとするひどい嫁でいじわるで愛する能力に欠けていて、それが夫の鬱病の原因だと。子供たちを巻き添えにした自殺願望があることを夫が伝えてきたので、私が入院での精神科治療を夫に同意させたことがそもそもの原因だと。義母はそれはバカげたことで、夫は大丈夫だと言う。F*ck my life!」という意味になります。

my mother-in-law said (that) I was manipulative, ～ で「私の義母が～と言った、私が人を操ろうとしていて、～」です。
mother-in-law で「義母」です。ここでは夫のお母さんのことですね。
manipulative マ[ニ]ピュラティヴは「巧みに操作する、操るのがうまい」という意味の形容詞。
例：manipulative friend「友達を操る人　※善意に付け込み友達を言葉巧みに操って自分の道具にしてしまう人」
さらに、～, ～, ～, and ～ の形で列挙して、
awful, mean, incapable of love, で「ひどく、いじわるで、愛する能力に欠ける」です。
mean はここでは形容詞で「いじわるな」という意味です。
そして最後に、
, and the reason for ～ で「～の理由である、～の原因（だと言った）」です。
何の理由かというと、
for my husband’s depression. で「私の夫の鬱病の原因」です。

All because ～ は、(It is) all because ～「それは全部～のせいだ」の省略形です。
(because) I got him to agree to ～ で「私が夫に～に同意させた（せいだ）」です。
get ～ to do … で「～に…させる、～に…してもらう」の使役動詞の用法です。
何に同意させたのかというと、
(to) inpatient psychiatric care で「入院での精神科治療（に同意させた）」です。
inpatient インペイシェントで「入院患者の」という意味の形容詞。
例：inpatient therapy「入院療法」
psychiatric サイキ[ア]トゥリクで「精神科の」という意味の形容詞です。
例：psychiatric disorder「精神疾患」
after he expressed suicidal thoughts ～ で「夫が自殺の考えを口にした後で（ので）」です。
after ～ は「～の後で」ですが、この場合のように「～なので」と理由の意味でも訳せます。
express ～ で「～を表明する、気持ちを述べる」です。
どんな自殺の考えかというと、
(suicidal thoughts) that included our children. で「それは私たちの子供たちも含んだ（自殺の考え）」です。
that は suicidal thoughts を主語にとった関係代名詞。
つまり子供を巻き添えにした自殺を考えていた、ということですね。

She says (that) it’s ridiculous and he’s fine. で「義母は～と言う、それは馬鹿げていて、彼は大丈夫だと」です。
it is ridiculous で「それはばかげている」です。
it とは、夫の自殺願望から精神科入院などのいきさつを指しています。
ridiculous リ[ディ]キュラスは「ばかげた、ばかばかしい」という意味の形容詞。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
