French authorities grounded a flight from the United Arab Emirates to Nicaragua carrying 303 Indian passengers after receiving a tip that it could be carrying victims of human trafficking, prosecutors said Friday.
で「フランス当局はアラブ首長国連邦からニカラグアへ向かう303人のインド人旅客が乗った旅客機の離陸措置を行った。人身売買の被害者たちが乗っているかもしれないという内部情報を受けたために。金曜日に検察が発表した。」という意味になります。

French authorities grounded ～ で「フランス当局は～を離陸差止めにした」です。
authority は「当局、行政権のある官庁・機関・局」という意味。
authorities ア[ソ]リティーズと複数形で「関係当局者たち」という意味でニュースなどでよく使われます。
ground ～ は「飛行機を地上待機させる、離陸差し止め処分とする」という意味の動詞。
また親が子供に罰として「外出禁止にする、自宅謹慎にする」という意味でもおなじみの動詞です。
例：He was grounded for 2 weeks.「彼は2週間自宅謹慎となった。」
(grounded) a flight from the United Arab Emirates to Nicaragua で「アラブ首長国連邦からニカラグアへ向かう便」です。
the United Arab Emirates で「アラブ首長国連邦（UAE）」
Nicaragua ニカ[ラ]グワは中米の国「ニカラグア」です。
carrying 303 Indian passengers で「303名のインド人旅客を乗せた（便）」です。
carry ～ で「乗り物などが～を乗せる、運ぶ」です。

after receiving a tip で「ある内部情報を受けた後で」です。
tip ティップ は「チップ、心付け」という意味でおなじみですが、ここでは「内部情報、密告」という意味の名詞です。
どんな密告かというと、
(a tip) that it could be carrying victims of human trafficking, で「その便が人身売買の被害者たちを乗せているかもしれない（という密告）」です。
ここでの that ～ は同格のthatです。

prosecutor は「検察官、検事」です。
