Today, the most manipulative man I know decided he’s going to get me to be his next wife. I’m still in therapy after breaking free from growing up in a violent and manipulative household. He’s working with me, so there’s limited options of getting out of his presence. I’m scared for my sanity and my freedom. FML
で「今日、私が知る限り最もマニピュラティブな男性が、私を次の妻にすることに決めた。わたしは暴力的でマニピュラティブな家庭で育って、そこから解放された後でも、いまだにセラピーを受けている。彼はわたしと働いているので、彼の存在から逃れるという選択肢は限られている。自分の正気と自由が無くなりそうで怖い。F*ck my life!」という意味になります。

the most manipulative man I know までが主語で「私が知っている（中で）最も人を操るのがうまい男」です。
manipulative マ[ニ]ピュラティヴは「（人の善意に付け込んで）思い通りに人を操るのがうまい」という意味合いの形容詞。
頭がよく口達者ですが、身勝手で人のことを考えない性格なので周りが迷惑してしまうタイプです。
decided (that) ～「～と決めた、～することにした」
(that) he’s going to get me to be his next wife. で「彼が、私を彼の次の妻にする（と）」です。
get ～ to do …「～に…してもらう、～に…させる」という意味の使役動詞の用法。
ここではつまりプロポーズされたということですね。
his next wife で、彼には離婚歴が何度かあることが示唆されています。

I’m still in therapy で「私は今だにセラピー中だ」です。
be in therapy で「セラピーを受けている」です。
after breaking free from ～ で「～から自由になった後で」
(from) growing up in a violent and manipulative household. で「わたしは暴力的でマニピュラティブな家庭で育った（状況から）」です。

He’s working with me, で「彼は私と働いている」
so ～「だから～」
there’s limited options of ～ で「～の選択肢は限られている」です。
getting out of his presence. で「彼の存在から逃れること」
get out of ～ で「～から抜け出す」という意味のコロケーション。

I’m scared for my sanity and my freedom. で「私は今、自分の正気と自由が無くなりそうで怖い」です。
be scared for ～ で「～が危険にさらされていて怖い」です。
例：be scared for one’s life「命の危険におびえる」

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
