U.S. regulators want a federal judge to ～ で「アメリカ規制当局は、連邦判事に～して欲しがっている」です。
U.S. regulators で「アメリカの規制当局」となります。
具体的には Federal Trade Commission (FTC)「連邦取引委員会」と、antitrust division「（アメリカ司法省の）反トラスト局」です。
want ～ to do … で「～に…して欲しい」です。
a federal judge で「連邦判事」です。
federal「連邦の」は、アメリカの各州（states）に対して、首都ワシントンD.C.の連邦（中央）政府（federal government）を意味します。
judge は「判事、裁判官」です。
どうして欲しがっているのかというと、
to break up Google で「グーグルを解体して（欲しがっている）」です。
to prevent the company from ～ing で「同社が～するのを防ぐために」です。
the company は Googleを指した言い換え表現です。
prevent ～ from …ing で「～が…するのを阻止する」です。
(from) continuing to squash competition で「（グーグルが）競合をもみつぶし続ける（ことを阻止する）」です。
squash は「押しつぶす、ぺちゃんこにする、抑圧して黙らせる」です。
例：squash a worm「（ミミズなどの）虫を踏みつぶす」
competition は集合的に不可算名詞で「競合、ライバル、競合商品」です。
例：fall behind one’s competition「競合相手に後れを取る」
through its dominant search engine で「同社の支配的なサーチエンジンを通して」です。
dominant は「支配的な、支配力のある、優勢な」です。ここでは「市場を支配している・独占状態の」という意味合いです。
after ～ で「～の後で、～したので」
a court found that ～ で「裁判所が～だと判断した（後で）」です。
(that) it had maintained an abusive monopoly で「同社が乱用的な独占状態を維持していた（と）」
it はグーグル社を指しています。
monopoly は「独占」です。
abusive は「乱用的な、悪用的な」
over the past decade. で「過去10年間にわたって」
