で「常軌を逸した人々を称えよう。はみ出し者たち。反逆児たち。やっかい者たち。型にはまらない者たち。物事を違った視点で見る者たち。彼らはルールを好まない。また現状維持を尊重しない。彼らの言葉を引用することもできるし、反論することもできる。美化することもできるし、けなすこともできる。ただ唯一できないことは彼らを無視することだ。なぜなら、彼らは物事を変えるからだ。彼らは人類を前進させる。そして、彼らが狂っている思う人もいるだろうが、私たちは彼らの中に天才を見る。なぜなら、世界を変えられると思い込めるほど狂っている者たちこそが、世界を変える者たちだからだ。」という意味になります。

1997年、当時倒産寸前だったAppleにスティーブ・ジョブズが戻ってきた時に打ち出した有名な「Think Different」のブランド戦略です。

Here’s to the crazy ones. で「クレイジーな人々に乾杯」という意味になります。
Here’s to ～ は乾杯の音頭で「～を祝して乾杯」という意味の言い回し。
ここでは「～に賛辞を、～に敬意を表して」という意味合いですね。
The misfits. で「はみ出し者たち」です。
misfit で「（周りの状況などからの）はみ出し者、不適応者」です。
The rebels. で「反逆者たち」
rebel [レ]ヴォで「反抗する人、謀反人、反逆者」
動詞形で使う場合は、発音がリ[ベ]ォとなります。
The troublemakers.「トラブルメーカーたち、」
The round pegs in the square holes. は直訳すると「四角い穴の丸いくい」ですが、「不適応者」という意味のイディオム表現です。
The ones who see things differently. で「物事を違った視点で見る者たち」です。
The ones で「～な人々」
see things differently で「物事を、人と違うように見る」

They’re not fond of rules. で「彼らはルールを好まない。」
be fond of ～ で「～を好む」
And they have no respect for the status quo. で「そして、現状維持に全く敬意を払わない」です。
have a respect for ～ で「～に敬意を払う」
status quo ステイタス クオゥで「現状維持」という意味の言い回し。

You can quote them, disagree with them, で「あなたは彼らの言葉を引用することもできるし、反論することもできる」
, glorify or vilify them. で「彼らを美化することも、けなすこともできる」です。
glorify グ[ロ]ーリファイで「～を美化する、賛美する」
vilify [ヴィ]リファイで「～をけなす、中傷する」

About the only thing you can’t do が主語で「あなたがすることができないおよそたった一つのことは～」です。
About the only thing で「ほとんど唯一のこと」
is ignore them. で「彼らを無視すること」です。
ignore ～ で「～を無視する、見向きもしない」です。
Because they change things. で「なぜなら彼らは物事を変えるからだ。」
They push the human race forward. で「彼らは人類を前進させる（からだ）。」

And ～「そして～」
while ～「～する一方で」
some may see them as the crazy ones,「一部の人は彼らを頭がおかしい人として見るかもしれない（）」
その一方で、
we see genius. で「私たちは彼らを天才としてみる」です。

Because ～「なぜなら～」
the people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world, までが主語で「クレイジーな人々、～だと考えるくらいに（クレイジーな）、自分たちが世界を変えられると（考えるくらいに）」です。
crazy enough to do ～ で「～するくらい（十分に）クレイジーな」です。
そんな人々が、
are the ones who do. で「世界を変える人々である（からだ）」です。
最後の do は change the world を指しています。

それではまず文節に分けて日本語に訳し内容を理解して下さい。
